The hotel is great, my room was super and the staff were superlative! Every single one of the staff I spoke to were helpful, polite and friendly. Nevertheless, I will name a couple who stood out even more: Sandra, Marisa, Gerard, Kevin and Mulaye! Congratulations to the hotel management for employing such great people!!

Excellent service, tasty food with a good selection for everyone in our group of 6 catering for fussy teenagers to a greedy grandparent. Very friendly, accommodating staff, especially Sandra and Kevin who were really helpful in finding / creating a suitable table.

Can’t fault much about our trip! Fantastic hotel for families! The kids pool is brilliant, my two (6&3) absolutely loved going down the water slides 100 times a day. The entertainment was fab for kids, great mini disco every night and lovely kids club! The food was great, very varied for all inclusive. The only thing that could’ve been improved is a slightly bigger room for 4 people and a larger balcony. But that’s only being fussy. Great stay overall
