Like some other people we were concerned when we read some of the reviews on this hotel but thankfully they turned out to be unfounded. From the check in to check out we had no issues at all. There is a lot of negative feedback about the hotel catering mainly for the French but we did not find this to be the case. All the staff from the reception team to the cleaners were extremely pleasant and helpful when needed. We found the food to be fresh, plentiful and varied and enjoyed every meal we had. The lifeguards are often criticised for being over zealous but on the odd occasion when behaviour around the pool got a little boisterous then the lifeguards would step in to calm it down and this was in order to make sure everyone had a pleasant enjoyable time in the pool without any unnecessary incidents. The animation team worked extremely hard to entertain adults as well as children. The courtesy bus into Palma is brilliant and very well organised. Thank you all.

Much like a review I read before coming, we are just about to check out and waiting on our ride to the airport. The staff throughout the hotel are excellent. Bar are great and efficient, there is certainly no ‘preference’ on who they serve first, just whoever was there first. Reception staff knowledgable and always happy to help, nothing was too much for them to help out with. The animation team for the kids are great for mini disco, yes there is a mixed crowd - I would say 50% French, 25% British/Irish and then rest a mix of German, Polish, and Scandinavian. They spoke French and English to all the kids so our little girl loved it. The food, standard all inclusive, you get what you pay for. Which at this hotel, is arguably in the lower end. But you will never starve. The restaurant switches dinners on each night to have something fresh. Would agree with everyone else the food is never hot, it’s warm. Aside from the freshly cooked stuff at that station for meats at dinner, or omelettes for breakfast. This is especially true of the snack bar. I appreciate you cannot keep replacing chips every 20 minutes there to keep it hot, but if there was a bowl of nuts or crisps I think that would be much better. Drinks are good, tokens are a great idea. The drinks that are included do include some ‘cocktails’ but they are watered down something awful. Stick to the beer, wine (sparkling and rose wine are good) and the mixers (vodka, rum, brandy and whisky all good). We treated ourselves each night to a paid drink. For example an Aperol spritz was about €6.50 (roughly £5) and well worth it. You’d be paying over double that for what they give you in the UK. Rooms clean always, sure any issue would be fixed promptly but we had none. Cot for our little girl was ideal and she loved it. If I was to be pedantic. Two things I would highlight in the room - the shower pressure not always good, we were on the 5th floor which might have been the reason behind it. I also appreciate that the hotel cannot just go in and redo the plumbing - but it’s not a real issue at all and you will all manage fine. The second thing would be the tv channels - yes I am not on holiday to watch tv, but we all have that hour or 2 from going from the pool to getting ready for dinner. The Spanish, French and German channels are multiple. English limited to just BBC1 and BBC2, it would be good to have a children’s channel added to entertain the kids, Disney channel or CBeebies / CBBC which i do not think should be an issue for management to add. The pools are great, never had an issue finding a sun lounger. You and kids can spend all day there. Location -not far from Palma. Bus (504) is a 1 minute walk from hotel. €2.70 single into Palma, and young kids go free. Takes about 40-50 mins each way. Highly recommend going into Palma and paying to go into the Cathedral. It’s genuinely stunning and most beautiful church I have been to - beats the Vatican. There are some restaurants nearby, and a Mercadona for in room drinks or snacks you might want to buy, but not much else. If you like to be in the middle of a town and go explore straight out the door, probably not the place for you. Tips / tricks - there are more drinks/coffee stations in the outside seating area of the restaurant if there is a queue (particularly coffee in the morning) - pay for an add on drink, they are worth it. I can see why they are not included in all inclusive package as 1. They use a lot of stuff, and 2. They aren’t quick to make so not ideal for serving the masses - this is not little Britain, which we love. It is a genuine mix of several nationalities. Yes French the minority majority, but you will not feel ‘alone’ whenever you are from. The majority of the French wear silver bands, instead of red. I did not see what extra privileges they got as a result outside of upgraded drinks (Smirnoff instead of the local vodka). Certainly no special treatment above other guests. All in all, happy we chose to come here. Value for what we paid. It is a 4 star hotel. But barely. And that is reflected in the price we paid. Just returned from a 4 night break .The Hotel is in what seems like a quiet area in beautiful grounds with lots of flowerring shrubs and trees which gives it a nice natural feel. My room was lovely, modern and spacious and spotlessly clean.The wi fi is good in the room and everywhere in the Hotel and grounds. The pools are nice I especially liked the small pool with the fountains as it was cold which I like but maybe too cold for some.The pool area was never over busy so plenty of sunbeds.All the staff were really nice and friendly including reception, waiting staff and the bar staff .You get given a token on check in which you exchange for unlimited drinks in both pool and main bar, personally I think its a great idea as its environmentally friendly and you don't get loads of empty used cups and glasses left around especially the pool area. My only slight criticism was the food , whilst it was standard all inclusive fayre it wasn't very inspiring and was often lukewarm at best especially breakfast though there was plenty of choice especially salads and fruits which I like and sometimes some fish seafoood or chicken and other meats and there's always chips, pizza and pasta .....but I've had better in 3 star hotels. All in all it was a nice break and I would stay here again.

Just arrived back from 10 days staying here, cannot fault anything, food was good, lots of choice, entertainmemt staff were brilliant, always trying to get people involved, pools good, reception staff good, had one little problem with our room and we were changed, free shuttle bus such a nice touch.Would definatley come back.

We had an amazing time and would definitely recommend. Maya was amazing and such a great person. She was so so helpful and we couldn’t have asked for anything else from her!! She deserves a raise:)
