What a lovely place. 5 minutes walk to the palma Nova beach and the strip all the shops. Food perfect pool lovely plenty to do but in this heat all you can do is keep dipping in and out to keep your body temp half normal. The pool snacks brilliant aswell. Johana is a lovely women employee there and was allways willing to help with anything we needed. She's a credit to the hotel that's for sure.

- nice Hotel - gently starff - cleaning very good - food in restaurant fine - pool/poolarea very good - room nice and big - why is it need to use mussels to uden th door (730) - restaurant why no draftbeer (have to pick it up in the pokolban-) - no good - Lifts to slow- a modernising is needed - aircondition (is it there?) It is far from acceptable that the lowest temperature can be 29⁰C white high level of humidity - almost impossible to sleep in those circumstances. You know that there is a problem in the matter of fact that you permanently has a doorcart in the Electrolux. If you want to see us again you have to fix is without any delay!

This hotel is the worst hotel on all aspects, it’s filthy, staff are awful The room key cards never work, the lift system is shocking, don’t come if you have kids & no entertainment for kids, food choice awful, rooms have no air conditioning that actually works, staff lazy could not care, there is a bucket in foyer area with leak for the full week we have been here, you have a token system to get drinks which I think is disgusting, 4 star hotel is this a joke I would give it 2 & this is the first time I have put a review for any hotel for the years I have had holidays with family but I just need to let people know what it is, we have had to eat out all the time spent a fortune, I can’t believe people are actually happy with this hotel, please stay away

We (my wife, daughter & I) returned this week from 10 days at Gloables Mimosa in Palmanova and can honestly say that we've had a brilliant time. The hotel is a short taxi ride from the airport and a short walk to the shops, bars and beaches. Upon arrival we were greeted by extremely welcoming and helpful reception staff. Bit frustrating that we couldn't check in 15 minutes early without paying the early check in fee but understand that "computer says no" so not the reception staff's fault. As many other reviews state, the lifts are a real frustration, they're too small, slow and just not fit for purpose, but everything else about the hotel was lovely. The room we had was a very small but we knew that's what we were booking. The rooms were very clean and the cleaning staff did an amazing job cleaning daily with new towels throughout on a daily basis. The shower, as with most hotels, was a bit rubbish but the air con worked well. Being on the 8th floor we had some amazing views from our balcony! One of the best bits about Globales Mimosa is the availability of sun beds throughout the day so there's no need for the horrendous ritual of putting towels out at 4am like you get at most resorts. The pool was busy but easily accessible and very refreshing to jump into to cool down. The water carpet and aqua gym were really good fun. We are one of those families who join in with all of the activities and the animations staff were absolutely amazing for the entire time we were there, particularly Paul who we got along with really well. The activities were slightly restricted due to staff shortages and having spoken with Paul we found out he was on a massive stint of consecutive days working but it didn't show, he remained enthusiastic, professional and made all of the activities enjoyable! The activities were fun, really well organised and a large part of what made our holiday so enjoyable! The food was excellent and there was plenty of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The chefs were constantly cooking fresh food and were always friendly. Some days were a bit of a struggle to find a 4 seater table but we managed and the staff were amazing and efficient in cleaning tables and replacing cutlery as and when tables became available. Some days queues for the food were a bit longer than others but never had to wait more than a couple of minutes. If you don't want to wait just do as some guests liked doing and don't bother queueing and push in! The outside bar and snack bar were well stocked and again, never had to wait too long queueing. The wafer biscuits in particular were amazing! I'd definitely recommend this hotel if visiting Mallorca. Amazing staff, great food, really nicely located and a very relaxing 10 days!

Possibly the worst hotel I’ve stayed in. The staff are rude & unhelpful. The air conditioning only seems to work in the reception area and even that isn’t great. The hinge of our hotel door has just exploded when we were opening it to get out, shooting a disgusting smelling gloopy oil all over the place. The reception staff were abrupt when I complained. One face reception staff huffed when we asked her for help on Wednesday night - we asked for a number for a taxi as our 17 & 16 year old sons were at the Réal Mallorca stadium & couldn’t get home.. she actually said “you are lucky you know where your children are! I am waiting to go home to my children, I should be finished by now”! I’m on holiday trying to relax after losing my eldest Son in a RTA last year so I was just gobsmacked to spoken to like that by a member of hotel staff who are supposed to be there to help!! I definitely would not recommend this hotel. The food has been ok at breakfast, it’s walking distance to the beach & it’s the best frozen daiquiri we’ve had at the pool bar, that’s the reason I give it 2 stars. If I was rating the staff alone it would be zero stars!
