I am travelling to this hotel on the 15th May 2026 and am now worried as people have written some negative reviews. If you arrive before 2pm on the day of arrival you aren't able to get food or your room unless you pay, we will be arriving around 10ish in the morning, also having to pay for the safe, i have never encountered any of these things at any hotel i have stayed in. Also that the food isn't hot, although the responses have been that they are in line with H&S but can have use of a microwave which i find unacceptable. What is it with the 'tokens' it's an all-inclusive hotel so why would i need tokens. Please can the hotel manager respond to my queries.

Stayed here mid April for 7 nights with my partner and my 2 year old. To start the hotel reception, restaurant and pool staff are VERY rude! I can give credit too the entertainment team who were very friendly and professional with my daughter. Although we attended every night to the entertainment for the kids club which was advertised every night, and it wasn't on one night! My child was very disappointed after looking forward to it. There is not much entertainment as such going on at the hotel only live music. The drink token system is a joke, lengthy ques and up and down to the bar, spend your holiday in a que. You get 2 tokens per adult. My daughter fell asleep on me so I asked my partner to return my glass and get my tokens back however, this was refused from bar staff and he was told that I also had to go the bar to get these back. Shocking! The food at the all inclusive is terrible/disgusting. Same thing every night. Nothing to offer for kids to eat at all. We ate out never used the all inclusive due to these reason. The showers in the hotel are dangerous, water runs out all over bathroom floor and no mats (only a small fabic towel mat) are provided nor any hand rails. So be very careful and if you have a fall (which my partner did) they make you pay for any damage. I was not allowed to complete an incident report form after asking many of times for this. When I asked for a copy the assistant manager (manager was never available) typed up a form and asked me to write down what happened. Told me the hotel does not have an incident book. She was not interested in the incident only getting the money out us. She disconnected our room key card TWICE when we left the building during the days. We arrived back at the hotel from the park with my daughter and couldn't get back into the room with our daughter who was sleeping in her pram! After having to go down to the reception again to have the room key activated the assistant manager came knocking on our door demanding payment (we still had 5 days left of our holiday). The hotel and rooms in general are clean and tidy. Hotel is situated at the top of a hill which is not great for older people or people with younger kids in a pushchair. Also sits on a main busy road. Be aware no air-conditioning as stated in previous reviews only on at certain time of year. Swimming pool is freezing!! My child loves swimming and was disappointed when it was too cold to go in. Not much entertainment happening around the pool area during the day. Kids get bored making you leave the hotel to find something to do. Hotel has lots of stag dos and hen parties. Nothing at all for kids in this hotel. All inclusive and entertainment venue closes at 11pm and they are very strict and rude when they are closing up. This is the same at the swimming, closes at 6pm and staff do not hang about getting you away from the pool. You can sit at the tables of the pool however there is only a few tables so you have to be fast or leave the pool early to get one. This is very disappointing to see as many people and kids are still in the pool at this time after being out during the day. There is no kettle provided in the rooms although you can hire from reception for a charge. Check in at hotel is 2pm and they charge you 15 euro for early check in they do not provide you with an all inclusive wrist band to use for food and drink until you check in. If you arrive on a early flight which we did you have to pay for early check in or come back at 2pm. This is not ideal for older couples or families with younger kids. This is shocking as if you don't pay it you are wasting a whole day of all inclusive having to go out the hotel to find somewhere to have food and drink. This is a very noisy hotel at night doors slamming, guests shouting etc. I had to go to reception at 1.30am to report guests playing loud music, pulling bed along the floor singing and dancing. Security were very fast to approach them however we were supposed to be in a family room with a toddler and got very little sleep every night due to the noise. Lifts are a nightmare only 3 very small lifts which doors close very fast on you so if you have a pram or wheelchair for example be very fast when entering or exiting the lift as the doors just close on you. There is always ques for the lifts as they are very small only only get a few people in them at a time. Overall, this hotel is dreadful and we will not be returning!

Greeted by a friendly receptionist and we paid the €15 per room to check in early which we all thought was well worth it. Would have spent more if we went out for lunch and drinks. Excellent location and a nice walk to the sea front. We travelled as a group of 11, all female we all felt very safe in the area. Hotel rooms were clean and adequate with a nice walk in shower. Our air conditioning worked perfectly. Pool area lovely with no sun bed wars and nice to have no slip tiles. We didn’t take part in any of the daytime activities but did watch the water polo which was very competitive. I liked the tokens in exchange for the plastic cups as it meant there wasn’t loads of cups just left around the pool area. Snack bar was good and the pizzas were fresh and tasty. Drinks- hit and miss sometimes the cocktails tasted nice other times not so nice. Its a shame that soft drinks are not self serve as this would reduce the queues at times Food in restaurant was a great selection although could be a hotter but there was a microwave to heat things up. Evening entertainment we didn’t really watch but the bar area was really busy with usually only 2 staff on at time. Overall a great weekend and we would visit again
