Honestly the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed at! Would never ever return unfortunately we have 5 nights left! Have to pay £50 to use the safe for a week in an all inclusive hotel, no towels by the pool, the room is 35 degrees with no AC barely working, too hot to get ready to go out. Never experienced a hotel so bad and I’ve been to Mallorca more than 15 times in various hotel! No taxis to get anywhere they tell you to wait in the boiling sun or the taxi will just go! Shame we chose here for our family summer holiday but never ever again and will warn everyone I know against it

The hotel is overall sufficient but the really unacceptable part is the air conditioning! I think AC is a must, not an optional, not only for a 4 stars hotel, but also for a 3 stars hotel. The rooms have basically NO air conditioning. There's a central one (you can't control) which is probably set around 27/28 degrees. Even though we kept the curtains always closed, tried to never open the window, the room was always way too hot. Up to a point where I started having issues sleeping, managing to sleep only 4/5 hours at night. Horrible! I also asked at the reception to send a technician to verify everything was alright with the AC. Nothing changed, meaning it was supposed to be like this. The hotel has also other bad (cockroaches, bad all incl beverages, horrible juices, only 2 small elevators for 9 floor!) and good points (location, good food, ...) but the Air Conditioning is just something which needs to be a MUST in a location like Mallorca that can reach over 40 degrees. If you're an average person who suffers the heat when room temperature is over 28 degrees, don't come here, you will be suffering during the entire vacation!

Hotel seemed ok on arrival. Room was ok. Went straight to be pool which was nice. You get 2 tokens for dinks per person and you exchange them for a plastic cup and a drink. It’s Only 2 Drinks per person at a time. It was a good idea as there was no cups around the pool and beds. The room on the first night was boiling and we realised the air con was broke. We got someone to come to see it the next day and he told us it was fine the sun is hot and there’s nothing he can do. We asked the next day for him to come again and he came and took it apart which made it mildly better. Once again a few days later it completely broke and the room was unbearable. The water also shut down completely this night so we couldn’t get ready and we’re boiling. The location was good. There’s not much day entertainment but that didn’t bother me. Sunbeds were easy to get. Food wasn’t great , usual all inclusive. They have a snack bar all day with pizza chips salad and chicken skewers which is great for kids. Overall if air con was fixed it would have been better as the weather is hot but I would not go back due to this.

There is plenty of nice things about this hotel, food, rooms, swimming pool, but it’s totally let down by the air con and lifts. The air con in our room was near non existent and in temperatures up to 35 degrees everyday it was not good at all, most people we talked too were complaining about it too. Lifts, are small and can only accommodate 4 people at a time, they are very slow, and if like me you can’t walk up stairs because of knee problems, you could be waiting a long time, especially in the busy times. We had a nice room plenty of space for two of us but my daughter had her 16yr old son and husband with her and all three ended up in a double room with an extra bed, quite a squash as the third bed was pushed up against the wardrobe space.

I would give this hotel a 2.5 starts at best. The hotel is very clean and the food is ok but most of the time very bland, it doesn't really have much else going for it. The air con in the rooms is next to nothing, even after complaining and them saying its fixed it still wasn't good enough. I spent at least half the weak of my holiday sleeping on the tiled floor and seriously contemplating on living the rest of my holiday in the hotel reception as that was the coolest place. I was going to sleep outside on the balcony but the hotel was infested with cockroaches, we would see them most mornings and they do like to chase you around the hotel. You will also find them regularly floating around the swimming pool throughout the day or dead pool side where people have fished them out, you would also find them around the pool swimmers. We had paid for an all inclusive holiday which didn't actually turn out like that. When ordering drinks you have to give them tokens, you family members all get given 2 tokens each, if your with a large family and want to get drinks for everyone be prepared to have tokens given back to you as only 1 person is to be given 2 drinks at a time so dont expect to go to the bar with 4 cups as you will be given 2 tokens back. Cocktails you have to pay for unless its the mocktails which then you just get them to add the spirits. All they have alcohol wise thats free in the day is the house beer and the house spirits which is vodka,white rum,whisky and gin. If you want anything else you have to pay for it. Wine is only available in the evenings as well as ice cream. If you would like ice cream in the day you will have to pay for that also. There isn't much to do for kids with families, nothing get put on for the young kids. The kids club was always closed when we checked. The evening entertainment is rubbish, it get cancelled last minute and its usually just background music. The only thing thats consistent is the bingo. The hotel has gone down hill since I last stayed here a good few years ago. Im hoping this isn't the same with all globales hotels otherwise I shall not be booking with them again..
