Globales Nova

Myself and partner holiday here every October and although we are returning customers, we have been given different rooms are most upper floors. Our room this year was too the side of hotel and I did ask for 5th floor with sea view but instead we got a partial see view. Room was good and clean, everything you needed to rustle up a quick breakfast or snack after a night on the tiles. I also asked if my son and daughter-in-law could have a room next to ours which was honoured but we did book the holiday about 5 months in advance with Easyjet. We got given room 519, great room but balcony was in the wind chill. This meant our balcony was very windy and cold, where as my sons room was also to the side of building (room 518) and although cool was not in the wind chill and also got the sun, as we did not. All though certain request were met, we did not get a room with full sea/pool view, I understand this is sometimes due to availability but as returning customers I just thought after paying for sea view we would have got a full sea view. Besides all that, it is the best apartments and rooms for self catering I have ever stayed in, rooms are very spacious and cleaned everyday. Maids are hard working and lovely staff. Reception staff are also helpful and friendly. We paid for a late check out which although is advertised in your room on a card you do have to fight for it because of (again) availbility. I did pay 20euro for late 2pm check out to be told I could not have till 4pm, but then got a visit from manager who said I could have room till 4pm and would be free of charge. This I thought was a nice gesture. So, if your looking for a nice a great, clean and well looked after apartment block which is 150 meters from beach, shops etc look no further then Globales Nova. They are great apartments and the minor niggles do melt away.

Just left this hotel after a 2 week holiday. Can’t fault the staff at all, bar staff Maria, Blanca, Toni and Jose all very friendly and helpful. Martina the entertainer was always about providing activities for everyone and the Diego the lifeguard always making sure everyone is safe and happy. The hotel itself was very nice, and very spacious rooms. Would definitely come and stay here again 😊

Recently returned from a 1 week stay. I requested a high floor, we sadly did not get it. The man who checked us in was also so rude, no smile, no have a nice stay just a you need to pay tax, here's your key. Maybe customer service shouldn't be his profession.... Rooms - very spacious, nice sized balcony and if you get a sea view a nice view also. The beds though, aaawful to the point I left with a bad back. Booking a double room it should at least be 2 twin beds fastened together not camp beds with awful mattresses. And if you think the beds are bad, the sofa bed was even worse. I couldn't even sit on that comfortably. There is an issue with noise, too, as in you can literally hear everything from neighbouring rooms, which isn't uncommon in European apartments, I guess. Some guests are not considerate, which isn't the hotels fault but just to be aware. Staff - other than the guy who checked us in all other staff were super friendly and very helpful. Pool and pool bar - pool is a bit of an odd shape that gets very deep very quickly but out of peak season was fine for adults no issue with sunbeds again out of peak season not sure if it would be crowded in summer. The pool bar was good. Nice selection of snacks and drinks at really reasonable prices. Location - brilliant, magaluf 10 mons one way palma nova 10 mins the other way and plenty of bars and restaurants on the way to each. I would potentially stay again if they sorted the beds out but if they remain as is I couldn't do it again.

Currently staying in this hotel right now. After reading the reviews before arriving, I was a bit skeptical about what it would be like but I am completely blown away! The food at the snack bar is lovely. The lady behind the bar is absolutely amazing!! Very friendly and so helpful. All the staff are lovely. The tall lifeguard is an asset to the team! Getting involved with the kids and the adults, chatting to you. The rooms are spotless, very spacious too and lots of storage space! Has a fridge, toaster, microwave, ironing board, hairdryer! Everything you need. Would definitely book again 😊

Excellent apartment room 20 me and my wife stayed for 1 week from the 1st October lovely sea view and all the staff throughout were very helpful and super friendly will definitely be going back again.
