No air con so given fans Got stuck im bedroom for half hour and then the door handle fell off when we got out and unable to access Was give a card to pick the lock so this must happen often He couldnt access so said keep trying Shocking Bathroom mold round taps Half the plug sockets dont work in the rooms No balcony light Wouldnt recommend

Nice lovely hotel just a vey short walk from beach. Friendly staff . Only a couple of minor issues. The air con didn’t work so got a couple of large fans from reception . Another thing was some ants crawling about. Went across to supermarket and bought some vinegar and sprayed a mix of water and vinegar . The ants went. The hotel also sprayed something too. Apart from that no issues at all.

**Extremely disappointing – air conditioning issues ruined our stay** We arrived expecting a comfortable self-catering holiday, but unfortunately the lack of working air conditioning has had a big impact on our stay. The air conditioning in our room does not cool the room properly. We raised this several times with staff and were told it was “working”. But if you turn an oven on and it only gets slightly warm rather than reaching temperature, you would say it’s not working properly. It’s the same situation here. The unit turns on, but it doesn’t cool the room. We left it running all night, yet at **12 midday the room was still 27°C**. It was very uncomfortable, especially at night, and we have children with us. After pushing the issue, we were eventually given a fan. We then had to move the two mattresses from the lounge into the bedroom so the children could sleep close to it. We are self-catering and chose this type of accommodation so we could cook for ourselves. But when the room is already unbearably hot, cooking is not really an option. Using the oven or hob would just make it worse. What is frustrating is that **other hotels and resorts nearby have fully working air conditioning**, so this doesn’t seem to be just down to the weather. We were also disappointed with some of the hotel’s responses on TripAdvisor. Instead of really addressing the issue, replies suggested guests should check that **“doors and windows were properly shut”** for the air conditioning to work. This felt unfair, especially when guests are already dealing with rooms that are clearly not being cooled properly. The problem isn’t how the room is being used — it’s that the air conditioning isn’t cooling it. From what I can tell during our stay, this has **not been a new issue** and seems to have been going on for around a month. If that’s the case, it’s hard to understand why guests are still being placed in rooms where the air conditioning isn’t doing its job. We have now been told the air conditioning is **not going to be fixed**, and in the end a group of **eight people had to be moved to another resort**. To be fair, the staff have been pleasant and clearly doing their best in a difficult situation. They’ve had to deal with frustrated guests without having much control over the problem. The management response, however, has been very disappointing. The manager seemed to stay out of the situation, while staff were left to deal with guests struggling in the heat. This has been a major disruption to the holiday and not something guests should have to deal with. We paid for accommodation with air conditioning, and a unit that simply switches on but doesn’t cool the room shouldn’t be described as working. What should have been a relaxing family holiday has instead involved constant chasing of staff, trying to keep the children comfortable, changing sleeping arrangements, and in the end moving people to another resort. **Very disappointing, and not the standard we expected.**

I can only back up what the previous reviewer said...this hotel is perfect but majorly let down by the air conditioning in the rooms, it's basically a vent with a very very light breeze coming through if at all. The hotel offered Fans but we paid for air con, fans aren't the answer. The hotel is clean and in a perfect location for either magaluf or Palma Nova The outdoor pool is like a warm bath and if you really want to cool down the indoor pool is brilliant. If they improved the air-conditioning id definitely come back but if not I definitely wouldn't
