The hotel is located perfectly, its a minutes walk from the beach, a 10 minute walk to magaluf. There isn't any entertainment at the hotel and just a poolside bar which closes at 9pm. The rooms are basic, the beds are not comfortable at all, especially the fold out beds in the lounge. The hotel group really should replace them. Our bed was falling apart, the wooden slats seemed to have been replaced with random planks of wood and you could see where they had been "fixed" multiple times. The rooms are clean, the cleaners were lovely and did an amazing job. The pool area is very small, we didn't go to the pool as depending in where you sat depended on whether the birds in the trees messed over you! Also it would've been very hard to get a sunbed as towels were being put out at 6am! The hotel as whole needs a refurb, very dated, broken beds, broken tiles near the pool, kitchen areas in the rooms very dated and scruffy. The noise is horrendous, you can hear everything that happens in neighbouring rooms. I would definitely not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.

the hotel was not a bad hotel. Food was beautiful and the staff working in the bar + the cleaners and manager are lovely hard working people, no complaints there. The only things i'd say to be weary about is THE AIRCON DOES NOT WORK! i've spoke to many people around the pool and their aircon is the same. it seems to be a reappearing pattern for everyone. It's more of a vent blowing the odd gusts of air through and not am aircon unit, the pool is also poorly designed as there's a shallow end in the pool but majority of it is deep which isn't great but it's not a massive issue. The location and cleanliness of the hotel are very satisfactory .

This hotel is fantastic, rooms were spacious and comfortable for myself, husband and 2 young daughters, we didnt get a sea view room unfortunately but it didnt really matter as we hardly spent anytime in the rooms other than to sleep. The cleaning lady was so lovely and came every day to replenish towels and toilet rolls. Was awoken a few times early morning from party goers but they were mostly all respectful. The hotel is 10 minutes walk away from magaluf. All the staff are so friendly especially the animation lady (Rosa) i think was her name, my daughters loved her, she always chatted to us and got my girls involved in painting and playing in the kids club. The bar staff were also lovely too and food was lovely. Our first week of the holiday the hotel had alot of young guests staying but they were always respectful round the pool and a group of 4 girls (maybe 18-20 years old) even played with my daughters in the pool which was so kind of them. Hotel is literally a minutes walk from the beach and some lovely restaurants and you can also choose whether you want to walk the palma nova side or the magaluf side because its close enough to both areas. I loved this holiday so much and am already pricing it up for next year as its fantastic.

We stayed for a week in July, 2 adults and 2 teenagers (age 18 and 19). 1 bedroom apartment was large and plenty of space for us all. Balcony with a sea view which was lovely. Yes the rooms are a little dated but very good value. Location is perfect just on the edge of Palma Nova but only a 5 minute walk into Magaluf. We heard a bit of noise during the night (or early morning) but nothing to complain about and to be expected for the location. Not a 5 star hotel and it doesn’t claim to be - you get what you pay for and this is perfectly acceptable for the price.

Brilliant apartments, never had any problems would highly recommend and would definitely return
