I barely leave reviews but felt a need to share our experience. I travelled here with my teenage daughter and my five year old son under the impression it would facilitate a family Holiday. Unfortunately we found it severely lacking. Firstly let me say the location is brilliant. But that is where the brilliance ends. There are three particularly lovely staff, Jose, Maria and a lifeguard whose name we did not get. So the issues we had- there is NO AIR CONDITIONING We were there the week of 20-25th July - during a heatwave. We were told by jet2 they'd made the hotel aware and the engineers were coming to sort it out. We were given a fan. The engineer came the penultimate day of our trip. Took a temperature and left. It was not resolved. (We met a family there- the dad of which, is an air conditioning engineer- he stated there was none to fix. There was a ventilation port only in the rooms.) As you can imagine the fan was not particularly useful, especially in the bathroom where it did not reach, and with a teenage daughter I'm sure you can imagine that getting dressed for evening meals out was not actually possible. It was unbearable.we were also self catering and there was absolutely no way you could have cooked in that studio apartment with the heat and one fan to try to help. There was zero entertainment. Apparently there was a mini club , the woman who ran it we saw in the last day in the pool. She did not approach anyone with children to explain where it was or the activities. We were shown the tv in the lobby with the timetable - all of which ended at 5pm. The food there was lovely. We would have stayed to eat there at least one evening but with the bar closing and not even any music on, we chose to go out every night instead. Prior to our departure yesterday we were shown the one room that was air conditioned(barely) to wait for our transfer in. Which has a large unused bar and stage? I would assume would be for entertainment? But unused. The pool was ideal for my son. With the little slide. But it was not cleaned at all during our stay. Sand and leaves in it - worse on the last few days of the holiday. I was disappointed to say the least. Luckily the location made it easy to explore around. Unfortunately we came across a lot of families who had the same unmet expectations. We wouldn't come back.

I am writing to make a formal complaint regarding our recent stay at your hotel during the current heatwave in Spain. When we booked our stay, we expected the advertised facilities, including functioning air conditioning. Unfortunately, from the beginning of our stay, the air conditioning in our room has not worked at all. In temperatures of this level, this is not a minor inconvenience but a serious issue affecting our comfort, wellbeing, and ability to sleep. Each time we raised the issue with reception, we were told that the air conditioning was "being fixed" or that it would be working shortly. However, despite these repeated assurances, nothing has changed, and there has been no effective repair. We feel we have been continuously given false expectations rather than an honest update about the situation. As a result, our holiday has been significantly impacted. We have endured uncomfortable days and sleepless nights in excessive heat while continuing to pay for accommodation that has not met the standard advertised or expected. We are extremely disappointed with both the lack of air conditioning and the way the situation has been handled. Had we been informed that the issue could not be resolved, we would have expected to be offered an alternative room, suitable compensation, or another appropriate solution. We ask that you investigate this matter and provide a suitable resolution, including compensation for the disruption and discomfort caused during our stay. I look forward to your prompt response.

The hotel is in a great location. A few minutes from Palma Nova beach, and a 10 minutes walk to Magaluf. The apartment was okay. The bathroom was a contentious issue with me as the was no lock on the bathroom door , and the door itself was just frosty glass so you could see straight in when the light was on! Bit uncomfortable as my boyfriends 16 year old son was with us 🫤 The maid service was great, and they came every day, reception was helpful and friendly. The pool area was okay, too small though way too few sunbeds. We didn't manage to get one all week as towels were put on every bed at the crack of dawn. Ended up having to pay €30 a day to hire ones on the beach. The courtesy room was pretty horrible. The women's shower was tiny, and only a tiny trickle of water came out, I couldn't even wash the sand off me from the beach. It was also part of the luggage room, so people were coming in and out while you were trying to change. Overall, it was okay. Would I stay here again. Probably not.

Our second stay here, but disappointed this time. The rooms are basic and looking dated, but we knew this when booking. The main issue is the THE AIR CON IS NOT WORKING. No idea why Globales management have said in reply to a review a couple of days ago that it is? Staff here are lovely but have run out of fans to give out. So uncomfortable to try to sleep. Cleaning staff do a great job and are really friendly. Pool is small - again this is something we knew before booking but not and issue for us as we prefer to be on the beach, which is just across the road. Great location. Globales management need to sort out the air con issue as its not fair on their staff working here. They are doing all they can but must be so frustrated.

The hotel is located perfectly, its a minutes walk from the beach, a 10 minute walk to magaluf. There isn't any entertainment at the hotel and just a poolside bar which closes at 9pm. The rooms are basic, the beds are not comfortable at all, especially the fold out beds in the lounge. The hotel group really should replace them. Our bed was falling apart, the wooden slats seemed to have been replaced with random planks of wood and you could see where they had been "fixed" multiple times. The rooms are clean, the cleaners were lovely and did an amazing job. The pool area is very small, we didn't go to the pool as depending in where you sat depended on whether the birds in the trees messed over you! Also it would've been very hard to get a sunbed as towels were being put out at 6am! The hotel as whole needs a refurb, very dated, broken beds, broken tiles near the pool, kitchen areas in the rooms very dated and scruffy. The noise is horrendous, you can hear everything that happens in neighbouring rooms. I would definitely not stay here again nor would I recommend this hotel to anyone.
