Globales Palmanova Palace

As returning guests we enjoyed another great stay in Palmanova Palace. All the staff were brilliant, but special thanks to David at reception and Julian and his team in the restaurant. We love the food - there’s always a great choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner of freshly prepared delicious dishes using local produce - but also chips, pizza etc. if that’s your preference. Our only issue was with noise during the night from neighbouring guests’ rooms. We didn’t notice this during our stay earlier in the year, so maybe we were unlucky this time and it certainly wasn’t the fault of the hotel. In our view this hotel gives you a great value all inclusive stay in a convenient location. Looking forward to coming back next year!

We love the Hotel and have been a few years in a row but the food constantly lets the Hotel down it’s usually never warm enough and has steadily gone down in quality ,not a great variation either.Its such a pity as everyone works soo hard in the restaurant and all over the Hotel .We are not sure if we will be back as other Hotels hit the mark better for the same money

This is my second stay at the Palace and my second great holiday. Rooms are not huge and bathroom is rather small but no problems. Rooms are serviced every day and are spotless. Beds are a little soft for my liking but are comfortable. Food is good and varied and the people running the dining room are good especially the manager who we had a lot of banter with. The hotel is all inclusive and the drinks that are available are of decent quality. Restaurant is open 3 times a day and food and drink is available at what is called the pizza bar. Pizza, burgers, hot dogs etc are served and are decent quality. The hotel is situated on the edge of town about a 5 minute walk from the sea, shops and bars and a bus stop with a good service is close by. The jewel in the crown for this hotel is the staff who are all very good. The only thing I could find to moan about was the internet, the WiFi was good but the service to the hotel was possibly supplied on a piece of damp string. All in all this is a great hotel, it is not a top class hotel but a hotel where you get excellent food, service and a great holiday for the money you are paying.

Very nice clean hotel. Friendly staff. Food was ok, varied. A few people said the food is cold, I think this is for to the air con is cold, but there is a microwave available. The pool is cold but very much needed. There is no kettle in the room, but you can hire one for 15 euro. I'd recommend taking a travel one with mugs. The room is fine, we lucked in with good views.

Stayed all inclusive 06/10/2025 to 16/10/2025 - wife and I - good holiday, food varied, daily room cleaning, met all expectations and more re my specific requests - room 718 - near lift, lovely vista of hills and sea - as stated I did not have a pool view but no dissatisfaction with this - entertainment friendly and approachable, evening entertainment "dragged a bit" waiting for the "acts"- lounge area was inside so stage blocked with pillars - overall happy!!
