Just back from a great 7 night all inclusive stay at this hotel. 5 of us in total with a 2 year old. One thing to note first of all, please please please ignore the negative comments regarding the entertainment team this season and it being all in French! This is nonsense. The team worked hard every day & night with the kids and adults with a mixture of activities during the day along with kids disco/bingo/quiz/evening entertainment at night. I know people’s preferences are all different but you are on holiday, just enjoy the difference in culture/entertainment! They make sure to also include all children!! The food was brilliant, something different everyday. Freshly cooked meat along with different pasta dishes cooked in front of you. Our rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels being provided. Snack bar was great too with fresh pizza/burger etc daily! No fighting for a sunbeds and the baby pool is a great depth for little ones to walk in. Big pool is great with the 2 slides. It’s a 10 min walk down to the beach. And all shops & bars just a couple steps across the road. All staff in our eyes were pleasant, helpful & easy to communicate with if needed! We were on the 2nd floor facing the pool/beach side and couldn’t hear anything just the usual people walking back to their rooms which you hear in every hotel. We are already thinking about booking again for next year!

Where to start! Firstly what a beautiful clean hotel, on arrival greeted with very friendly professional staff so can't complain there. But....what you don't expect is to be pushed, shoved ,grunted at, looked down at and fully disrespected by the French!! Pushed out of lift, pushed out of food que pushed off the stairs, my mum was pushed that hard she had an hematoma on her hand! Kids shouted at for splashing in the pool, now not forgetting this is a family resort!?!? We teach our kids to be respectful am not the only brit person to have this opinion, we spoke to at least 15 families all saying the same, although I am not saying anything bad about the hotel it self, which leads me to my next fault. This is my own fault for not using the safe but at 50€ and only 10 back it's very expensive, anyway I had 100€ took out my case, on complaining staff were rude and not the least bit interested but what really fueled my fire was that she accused my 68 yr old mum and 9 yr old daughter of taking it rather than taking responsibility, no apology or anything! Lesson learnt for me but will definitely not go back and neither will a lot of other bits! Which is a shame cos hotel and location were absolutely beautiful. We recently stayed at this hotel and the location is honestly one of the best we’ve ever experienced. The beach is directly behind the hotel and the resort centre is right in front, making it absolutely ideal for families with younger children. There’s really no need to leave the resort as everything is close by, including a mini fair and crazy golf course in the centre. The main pool was fantastic for families as it’s only hip height to an adult for most of it, getting deeper near the slides. Unfortunately, there is a height restriction on the slides, so younger children can’t use them, which was disappointing. The biggest positives for the hotel were how family friendly it was, the excellent pool area, and how clean the public spaces were kept. The bar staff and reception staff were always pleasant and helpful, and it was nice to have English TV channels available in the room. That said, there were definitely some downsides. We were given one of the older rooms which was acceptable but very basic. The bathroom had no shelves or storage at all, meaning we had to keep our toiletries and shower bags on the floor. There was no hand wash provided and no extractor fan, so the bathroom either became extremely steamy or unpleasant smelling very quickly. The air conditioning was also very noisy. Another issue was noise generally. The sliding glass doors were very thin, so if the nearby bars had music on, you could hear everything until late at night. Housekeeping was also incredibly noisy every morning with constant door slamming that regularly woke both me and my daughter. The food was average — but realistically it’s a 3-star hotel, so expectations should be sensible. One small thing that stood out was there being margarine instead of proper butter. Unfortunately, the entertainment team were absolutely abysmal. They made very little effort with the children or with British holidaymakers in general. The hotel felt very French-oriented and the entertainment staff mostly seemed interested in chatting amongst themselves, often making you feel unwelcome or as though you shouldn’t really be there. That being said, we did meet and make friends with some fellow Brits during our stay, which really made a difference and added a lovely social side to the holiday. One final thing to be aware of: if you want to use the safe in your room, it costs 40 Euros plus a 10 Euro deposit, so that’s 50 Euros immediately gone from your spending money. Overall, despite some frustrating issues, the unbeatable location and family-friendly setup made the holiday enjoyable.

We stayed at Globales Samoa from 17.05 to 24.05.2026 with a group of 7, booked through TUI Poland. The week became four days of fighting management just to get a basic standard of accommodation. The problem: On our first night we found a cockroach in the bathroom of room A13. Reception sent a technician who sprayed insecticide. Over the next four days we found 6 more cockroaches in the same room, mostly near the bathroom door — including three live ones at 2 AM, with a fourth escaping into the room. Seven cockroaches total in four days. The response was worse than the problem. When we reported it, the receptionist (Ms. Raquel) told us “this is the climate here” — no apology, no offer of cleaning, no alternative room, no compensation. Another receptionist (woman with short dark hair and glasses) literally shouted at us in front of other guests, falsely accusing us of swapping keys with my parents who were in a separate room. The accusation made no sense — cockroaches in a paid hotel room are the hotel’s problem regardless of who sleeps there. It was a clear attempt to shift blame instead of addressing a hygiene issue. esolution only after formal escalation. We requested the official Hoja de Reclamaciones (Spanish tourist complaint form), notified the TUI representative on-site, and contacted TUI Poland. Only on Thursday afternoon — nearly four days after the first incident — did the hotel finally relocate us. No apology was offered even then. Bottom line: A cockroach can happen anywhere in the Mediterranean. The 1-star rating is for how management handled it: dismissing a clear hygiene issue as “local climate,” refusing room change for four days, publicly shouting at and accusing paying guests, and only acting under regulatory pressure.

We have just returned from a 11 day package holiday here, 3 adults and 2 children first of all I will say we have enjoyed our stay but would not return - £610 per person with jet2. I’ll be honest and say the hotel is now catering for predominately French guests and the experience/ attitude to English is totally different this was mentioned by myself and other guests we met. I appreciate hotels are mixed but the experience and attitude is geared totally different and I hate feeling a divide whilst I’m on holiday. The pool area was great plenty of sun beds and little play park for children. Surrounding area lovely and easy accessible with 2 children age 8 months and 5 to the nearby beach cove and shopping centre. We were allocated 2 inter connecting rooms on the 3rd floor, lifts are slow but can be expected due to the number of guests and although with 2 prams it is a little frustrating that foreign guests seem to have no manners what so ever when queuing and literally push past to gain access before you. The food was plentiful and we always found choices although limited but good quality you can see they are trying to save money but it was lovely - we also have a gluten free little boy although we asked on some days and were allocated gluten free bread, pasta etc. the staff then said I had to start pre ordering for dinner at night - which is fair enough so I went in half an hour before to give time and then when returned the chef had ‘forgot’ I will say most of the time hats off to Tony as he understood at each sitting and provided me with options such as bananas etc. The entertainment - there is a children’s club 10.30-1pm and disco at 8.30 for half an hour but most of the time not in English speaking and not really scheduled activities the kids do what they want in there. there is a activity schedule listed on the board but this is not followed they seemed to all just do what they want when they want music is played some days round the pool mainly the greatest showman when there practicing the dance, we did see some external shows that were good but these were alternate nights and others not but we did notice the animation were also expected to be reps for checking in and out PRAM guests so maybe why they were vacant. Also you cannot ever keep your room even though they advertise and a sickness bug was doing the rounds whilst there but as the manager said to keep quiet when I asked if we could keep the room due to this I was expected to find a seat with my 5 year old to be sick around the pool until 6pm. Staff some lovely some rude depends what mood they wake up in I suppose - I met a lady who had been going for 16 years and she basically said she’d seen a different side especially this year there definitely needs to be some improvement. Overall to summarise there basically trying to sell the PRAM package to French and Italian guests coming there welcome is totally different champagne arrival, reps on hand, entertainment geared towards them as in language wise so this really did effect our stay and I would not return.
