We traveled to Hotel Globales Samoa in May 2026 as a family with many years of experience traveling across the Mediterranean. Unfortunately, our stay at this property was the worst experience we have had in the last 20 years. Main issues encountered during our 7-night stay: Hygiene conditions: We spent the first 3 nights in room C18, which had an intense mold odor, black moldy curtains, and years of accumulated dirt in the bathroom. After an entire day of pressure and requesting a change, we were moved to room A14, where cockroaches and centipedes repeatedly appeared in the room and bathroom, emerging from the drains. Organizational failure: During the evening room change, reception staff accidentally let us into a room already occupied by other guests (using a master key into someone else's privacy), which was extremely uncomfortable for everyone involved. Attitude of hotel and chain management: The local manager downplayed the situation, describing the presence of cockroaches in a 3-star All Inclusive hotel as "normal due to nearby trees." We subsequently contacted the headquarters of the Globales chain directly with a detailed complaint and photographic evidence. However, executive management distanced themselves, refused to conduct an internal investigation on site, and dismissed the matter by purely referring us back to the tour operator. Facilities: Filthy textiles, broken furniture (the only drawer was unusable), and missing basic bed linen upon arrival. Instead of relaxing, we spent our vacation packing, moving rooms, and filing complaints. All of our claims are thoroughly documented with photographs and a detailed timeline. This hotel strictly fails to meet the standards of a 3-star All Inclusive resort. If you are looking for a clean and safe environment for your family, we strongly recommend avoiding this place. After this experience, the Globales brand is no longer a guarantee of quality for us.

Booked with Jet 2 - very clean and food has a good selection both for snacks lunch and evening meal. I think a lot of the poor feedback is due to a French travel operator. Don’t worry about the lifts there are things called stairs! Good selection of drinks and self serve too, and lunch bar with pizza etc. Cleaners always around and site is tidy. Life guards around the pool and size of the pool cleanliness is not an issue. It’s cleaned early in the morning. Two good slides for kids. If you’re looking for a relaxing break then this is a good choice for a reasonable price. Beach just down the road which is busy but nice. Options for car hire and boats etc. Other bars shops etc close by. Room is quite small but that’s probably due to our booking and struggled with 3 cases. Pool table and table tennis in games area. Evening entertainment ok. Only negative is that this is a hotel heavily focused to French tour operator Fram. We were asked to leave the table tennis are and be quiet as they were doing a talk to the French tourists.

Great location, lovely clean hotel and the food choice is lovely. Lots of salad and options. Pool is small but clean. Lots of bars and places to get drinks. Pool bar pizzas are amazing and included in all inclusive. Drinks are all fine. Lifts also fine we walked to our room so didn’t bother us. Staff work very hard and friendly. Rooms cleaned everyday. Only tiny downside is double room is quite small for the 3 of us but that’s hardly a real problem, we have balcony and nice view. No idea what the bad reviews are about !!! Also lots of activities on in the day and padal court and table tennis etc . We took our own bats so free . Would come again !

Stayed here for a week i thought cleanliness was pretty good but the entertainment wasn't the best ever and the shower wasnt good because you needed to step in but besides all of that lovely food and drinks the receptionist Pablo was very kind and all of the other staff would probally go again and recommend to friends
