This hotel is set in a beautiful, stunning, peaceful and quiet area of Majorca. Its very steep with loads of steps down to the two closest coves which isn't ideal for anyone with mobility issues but there are another 2 within walking distance with easy access. Take beach shoes as there are rocks. The sea is turquoise and crystal clear. It really is a beautiful little resort! We could not fault any aspect of the cleanliness and housekeeping, Showers were hot and powerful. The pool and bar areas were spotless. Hotel staff were friendly, pleasant and very obliging. This hotel has many positives but the one major, very big negative, is the poor quality of the food. It is absolutely awful!! It was mostly inedible, on a level I have never experienced in an all inclusive before. We are not fussy eaters but we struggled! Breakfast was put out an hour before the dining room opened therefore it was cold and greasy. The fruit and yoghurt areas were uncovered. I couldn't see any blue wall insect zappers and there were flies frequently buzzing around. Lunch and dinner were more or less the same. Okay if you like fish, so called stews , chips and rice. None of this was appetising. There wasn't really much of a fruit selection except melon, melon and more melon. I know this hotel is a 3 star but I do expect a decent level of food hygiene. After what we paid for this holiday then having to eat out for 6 of the 8 nights we were very disappointed. It defeats the object of going all inclusive. Alot of money to eat toast and jam and salad sandwiches! However would I return to Cala San Vicente? Without a doubt but only on a bed and breakfast basis.

Stayed for six days in May this year. This hotel represents great value for money and is in a fabulous location to four beautiful coves. Rooms were clean and comfortable and housekeeping was good every day. Good variety of food so always found a good meal. Staff are friendly and helpful and had a great atmosphere. Entertainment was very good and finished at 12 so no late night noise. Very close to the bus stop. Would return in a heartbeat and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Where do I start ? The Hotel staff are exceptional and were spot on with their customer service every single day. The location is stunning and perfect for staying local on the beaches or getting a bus/car/scooter to nearby towns. The Hotel is spotless - room was made up every day - dining room always clean - bar areas cleaned and the pool was crystal clear. Evening entertainment was a good variety and well organised. The room was clean - functional and had a great bathroom - lovely balcony overlooking the vista outside was perfect. (Room 31) Thank you for a wonderful all inclusive holiday Globales Simar ❤️

Just back a few days from staying at Globales Simar in May 2026. I booked for the location. This did not disappoint, the scenery is just stunning! . Arrived at the hotel and got a room with a beautiful sea view, room 31. Unfortunately this room did not get sun on the balcony until very late on in the evening and even then very little, but as it was North facing the sea this was to be expected. The sliding door to the balcony is a bit tricky and feels like the handle might break off. This hotel had the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The air con is also excellent and not overly noisy and didn't dry my throat out like at some places I have stayed. Unfortunately can hear noise through the walls, however I had brought earplugs so all good. Also I tried sleeping without the ear plugs and the low hum of the air con helped to drown out any noise. The disco bar noise is quite noisy and can be heard from the room I stayed in however the air con did muffle it and the music is over by midnight so no real issues there. The hotel is very clean and the room was cleaned and towels changed every day. It even felt and looked and smelled clean after the cleaner had been, no residual hairs on the floors. I think they even changed the sheets once and we only stayed for 5nights. The shower was quite powerful too and the water was always hot. It is not self catering but there is a small fridge can hold a 1.5L bottle of water. The pool was bigger than I expected and absolutely spotless and clean. The water was so clear and cleaned every morning. The pool bar had the best sangria ever! There are plenty of sun loungers at the pool and different terraces to enjoy. These are so much more comforable than a lot other hotels I have stayed at. Staff were very friendly and attentive. There is a nice jewellery display cabinet in the reception and I treated myself to a nice pair of earrings, not overly priced. The town itself is very small with not many shops. If you want shopping Port de Pollensa a 15min bus ride away. There is also a not too difficult walk into Port de Pollensa across the mountain, about 1hr 10mins. I waited for a cloudy day to do this. There is also a lovely walk in the mountains opposite the hotel to a great viewing point. The food was better than I expected based on other reviews. There was always something I could find although it could have been hotter a lot of the time. The soft drinks machines were the best- definitely not watered down. We ate out for 2 evenings in CSV to experience the local food and had 2 lunches out in Port de Pollensa. All in all this hotel is great value for money based on the location, and the quality of the services. It is a 3star hotel and I felt was much better than some 4star hotels I have stayed in on the island. We will be back next year maybe June or September when the sea water is a little warmer. My partner loved the snorkelling!
