The hotel staff is very nice. The hotel is located next to a beach which makes it more nicer. My favorite is Krystal, the animation. She is very sweet and kind…. the show are also nice… especially the Mega Stars 😍

We was a bit disappointed as some services was missing- no beach towels, drink list for all inclusive wasn’t great. Unfortunately pool by the hotel was small for the amount of the people in. Access to beach was rocky on one side with very little space on untreated beach ( beautiful rural space but not great for amount of people from hotel) with no refreshment around. You had to bring everything with you. On the other side of hotel is paid (paid loungers) sandy beach which was packed. There was great program every day around pool and at disco bar at evenings so highlight was animation team with lovely Krystal and Paula who went above and beyond entertaining us and same for pool guard Moises who always had smile on his face. Food was also amazing with theme each day.

If you're looking to disconnect in an idyllic setting, this hotel is perfect. It is located in the beautiful Cala San Vicente (Pollença), just a couple of minutes' walk from spectacular beaches with crystal-clear water like Cala Clara and Cala Molins. Waking up to the sound of the sea is priceless. Without a doubt, the best part of the hotel is its staff. All of the personnel do an excellent job, but we wanted to give a very special mention to Mamadou, Ainhoa, and Danier at the bar. Their friendliness, warm energy, and professionalism truly make a difference; always attentive, with a smile on their faces, and creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and have a drink. They make you feel right at home from the very first moment! A hotel with fantastic value for money in one of the most magical spots in Mallorca, crowned by an exceptional team. I would repeat the experience without hesitation!

It’s really great location, beutiful views and not so much crowded like different places on Mallorca. The animations was really great and Interesting. We really recommend this place
