Grupotel Alcudia Suite

My family and I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 AM with two children, expecting a smooth check‑in as advertised with a 24‑hour reception. Instead, the process took around 30 minutes and involved repeated requests for the same information, along with inappropriate questions about our marital status and whether we were the parents of our children. This was intrusive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary.When we entered the room, it was not prepared for four guests. There were no beds or bedding for the children, insufficient pillows, and not enough towels. At 3:30 AM, the receptionist refused to assist, stating it was “not his job” and that someone would come at 8:30 AM. Even when I asked him to confirm the room number with me, he declined, leaving me to call out for my husband in the corridor in the middle of the night. We had to improvise with the limited bedding available, giving our pillows to our children and sleeping without any. The next morning, we still had no towels and had to repeatedly call reception before housekeeping eventually arrived.Breakfast was also extremely disappointing: overcrowded, tables left uncleared, and staff visibly dismissive. I was ignored, met with eye‑rolling, and spoken to rudely when requesting more egg‑white omelet.For the price we paid per night and the hotel’s 4‑star rating, this experience was far below acceptable standards. The issues continued over the next days: not enough towels, bed linen with holes, old towels once they evan bring me wet towels and the explanation was they dont have enough towels for everyone because hotel was full, bed linen not changed even when requested early in the morning, poor internet connection, and a coffee machine at breakfast that frequently did not work. Three day i was asking to change the bed sheet but nothing, they left in the room only one towel for 4 people. The lack of preparation, poor service, and dismissive attitude of staff caused significant stress to my family. I cannot recommend this hotel. In reality, this is a 2‑star experience. Avoid this hotel when planning your trip to Mallorca. Worst experience ever. Once again avoid this hotel if you can. Meanwhile the sunset is around 9 P.M. in summer. A 2-minute walk to the sea, plenty of shops, car rentals in the area. I would recommend studio rooms as they are relatively quiet. Perfect place to be on Holidays. Location is good, Pool and food are perfect.

A charming hotel just a few steps, across the street from the beach. Excellent location, everything within the reach, shops, bus-stops. Receptionists were friendly and always smiling. So was the hotel manager. Breakfast was fabolous. On the down side, room walls are quite thin and I could hear neighbours discussion and noises from the movement of cleaning trolleys. We had a smalll apartment overlooking the swimming pool, bathroom was perfect although two rooms and the kitchen would welcome some upgrade: more kitchen utensils, change of furtniture. We stayed one week , just me and my friend and would not hesitate to return to the same place. There were two concerts during our stay, quite enjoyable.

Because it is not all inclusive as advertised, if the owners or part owners (Tui) disagree with this comment perhaps they will post a reply.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Our room was cozy, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect — close to all the main attractions and easy to explore. The drinks at the hotel bar were absolutely delicious! The food was varied and yummy. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay!
