Perfect place to be on Holidays. Location is good, Pool and food are perfect.
I rate my stay as successful! Great hotel location, very nice pool, good breakfasts, helpful staff. Rodica from the animation team is extremely nice, but the biggest praise goes to Cristian from the bar :)) an incredibly positive, funny and helpful person, always happy to chat with children, my little daughter was delighted with him :D warm greetings from Natasha, little Sara and Cezary 🥰🥰🥰
We had a wonderful time at this hotel with our family and two children. We were very happy with our stay. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The food was excellent, with a great variety and everything was very tasty. Our room was clean and well maintained. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away. There are also plenty of shops and other amenities nearby, which was very convenient, especially with children. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back. We highly recommend this hotel, especially for families with children!
I was an all inclusive guest and on the last day my airport transfer was in the afternoon. To my surprise, the hotel denied my family the lunch stating that all inclusive ends at 12:00 and collecting our All Inc. bracelets during check-out. (So we could no longer go to the lunch which was served from 1:00 PM). I was in many all inclusive hotels before and this is the first time I was treat like that. In every other hotel I was in, the hour 12:00 is only the deadline to leave the room, but people can keep their bracelets and continue to use all other hotel services (including access to the meals) until they leave for the airport. On the first day of my trip I arrived late due to late flight hours and only used one meal at the evening, so it would be fair to let my family have both breakfast and lunch on the last day. Wouldn't make much difference for the hotel. And yet.. they chose to leave a really bad impression at the very end of our experience. Will not go to Grupotel again. Also a hint about hotel rooms - if you'd like to sleep in silence avoid rooms with windows facing the Else Hetzel street. There is night club at the other side of the street (Kilombito) which is open 6 days a week until 2:00 AM and the hotel windows are not super sound proof so you hear the club/techno music till late hours :/
My family and I arrived at the hotel at 3:00 AM with two children, expecting a smooth check‑in as advertised with a 24‑hour reception. Instead, the process took around 30 minutes and involved repeated requests for the same information, along with inappropriate questions about our marital status and whether we were the parents of our children. This was intrusive, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. When we entered the room, it was not prepared for four guests. There were no beds or bedding for the children, insufficient pillows, and not enough towels. At 3:30 AM, the receptionist refused to assist, stating it was “not his job” and that someone would come at 8:30 AM. Even when I asked him to confirm the room number with me, he declined, leaving me to call out for my husband in the corridor in the middle of the night. We had to improvise with the limited bedding available, giving our pillows to our children and sleeping without any. The next morning, we still had no towels and had to repeatedly call reception before housekeeping eventually arrived.Breakfast was also extremely disappointing: overcrowded, tables left uncleared, and staff visibly dismissive. I was ignored, met with eye‑rolling, and spoken to rudely when requesting more egg‑white omelet. For the price we paid per night and the hotel’s 4‑star rating, this experience was far below acceptable standards. The issues continued over the next days: not enough towels, bed linen with holes, old towels once they evan bring me wet towels and the explanation was they dont have enough towels for everyone because hotel was full, bed linen not changed even when requested early in the morning, poor internet connection, and a coffee machine at breakfast that frequently did not work. Three day i was asking to change the bed sheet but nothing, they left in the room only one towel for 4 people. The lack of preparation, poor service, and dismissive attitude of staff caused significant stress to my family. I cannot recommend this hotel. In reality, this is a 2‑star experience. Avoid this hotel when planning your trip to Mallorca. Worst experience ever. Once again avoid this hotel if you can.
