Hipotels Cala Millor Park Hotel

What a fabulous hotel. Rooms ready on arrival. Very clean hotel. Rooms are huge with lots of storage space. We were given a suite which is massive. Lovely Seaview. 2 mins from beach , which is fabulous tho sunbeds are hard to get so you do really need to reserve these with a towel!! The pool is big and plenty of space to play ball. No need to reserve sunbeds by pool as always get one. Restaurant fantastic,lots of choice at breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is set up in booths of say 8 tables or so, so you feel like you are in a restaurant as opposed to a canteen as with other AI I've stayed in. Snack bar is great, lots of choice, burgers, pizza, chips, baguette, nachos, yoghurt, cakes! Slush, icecreams! Animation team are good and not pushy at all. ALL the staff are very friendly and helpful especially barman Jorges. Reception are helpful. Drinks are nice, wine, sangria and beer very good. Lots of shops and restaurants on the doorstep. Fab resort and fantastic hotel. Definitely would come back here.

Location great, pool area great but restaurant not so good. Although it is open 6.30 to 9 in the evening, if you went in after 8 pm you find that dishes were not being replenished . The quality of the food, ok n our opinion, was not 4 star, 3 at best Staff were working under intense pressure and were always polite and friendly, but it was not a relaxing atmosphere.

Just returned from 11 night stay , both myself and my wife loved it , staff were very pleasant and very helpful at all times of day . Pool area immaculately cleaned and swimming pool water quality was great . Room was excellent and cleaned to high level every day without fault . I’m gluten intolerant and they prepared me a gluten free meal every night , also plenty of sweets to have and starters , breakfast was excellent. Staff were so helpful with my food intolerance, they couldn’t do enough , unfortunately didn’t get there names but they all know who they were thank you so much for making myself and my wife so welcome . Just returned from a week with the family at this hotel HOTEL: Very good hotel that has nice rooms and amenities and is very clean. LOCATION: Great location close to the beach, front and local shops and bars etc. STAFF: The staff were very good indeed and very friendly and professional ENTERTAINMENT : Good entertainment team and in general the acts were very good. FOOD: Excellent food with good selection.

Overall, a great hotel. The staff were friendly, and everything was clean and tidy. The location is perfect for the beach, and having a sea view room made the stay even better. It’s also a great hotel for families with young children. Plenty of room around the pool. The beach is beautiful long sandy beach, lovely for little ones to play! As a coeliac/gluten free, I was really impressed with how accommodating the hotel was. If you ask in advance, they can arrange gluten-free options such as chocolate croissants, plain croissants, and baguettes for breakfast. I’d especially like to thank the restaurant manager, who kindly showed me which foods I could eat each evening and was happy to prepare dishes like pasta, pizza, and paella safely on request. A big thank you as well to one of the waitresses (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name) with long dark hair, who made sure I always had gluten-free baguettes and croissants and that they were prepared properly. She was incredibly helpful throughout our stay and even assisted us early in the morning before our 7am coach transfer. Thank you all for making our stay so comfortable and stress-free.
