Hipotels Gran Playa de Palma

This was easily one of the most amazing travel experiences I've had. Very close to the Palma airport which made travel to and from the hotel very easy. And no, you do not hear any planes flying overhead (I was even on the last floor of the hotel). Susana assisted me during check-in and I arrived many hours prior to check-in time and she was able to get me into a room within a couple hours. She was kind and helpful! Maties was also fantastic, he brought my bag up to my room and went into detail about all the amenities and room controls. He was also helpful in referring places nearby to watch the World Cup games! My room was exquisite, clean and the entire hotel was well-kept throughout my stay. Cristian was my favorite person at the hotel as I was at the buffet frequently during my stay for breakfast and dinner. He was extremely attentive, kind, and on top of everything. Also Sr. Javier at the omelette station during breakfast was such a JOY! he was greeting everyone (in different languages!) and always with a smile on his face. Lastly, George at reception, made my checkout process seamless and when they noticed I'd forgotten my watch, they went out of their way to get it returned to me. The staff at this hotel is second to none in my opinion, I'd never experienced such amazing hospitality anywhere I've stayed and would absolutely come back. Absolutely worth the cost, a great value for the attentiveness and amenities. 10/10 would recommend to everyone looking for a place close to the airport and a beach. Playa de Palma was beautiful with great sunrise/sunset views and only a 5min walk from the hotel!

Unique, great experience best location, amazing rooms super clean workers are the best starting from the concierge to the Reception ( Suzana , Sofia , Jordi ) then at the big resturant the active loveable Jesey 😍to the rooftop lounge the Amazing SAM 👏 ALL OVER THIS IS MY FAVOURITE PLACE IN MALLORCA Simply you cant go wrong

Not a 5 star hotel, looks like one , but attention to customers comfort is missed ,

This hotel is exceptional, super clean, food amazing, lots of variety of dishes every night. I had a sea view suite for 1 person, had a mobility scooter and it was allowed in room, The staff are so friendly and helpful. A point to bear in mind, mainly German tourists. towels not allowed to be placed on sunbeds either. I also took my Firestick and work perfectly as only 4 English channels mainly news. The negative is the resort area, much to lively with young people singing, chanting football songs, drunk, again mainly geared up for German tourists and made me feel vulnerable going out especially in the evenings. 100% quality hotel

The 5-star Hotel Palma Palace, part of the Hipotels group, has a lovely pool area and, despite its proximity to Ballermann, is situated in a quiet part of Playa de Palma. It features a large buffet restaurant, with all the pros and cons that such establishments entail. The food is geared quite heavily towards the majority of guests, who are mainly from Germany. There is less of a focus on local cuisine. The rooms are modern and offer excellent facilities. I didn’t think it was very generous that you only get three coffee capsules in the room and then have to sort it out yourself. What I’d particularly like to highlight is the cleanliness of the rooms – impeccable. I would recommend the hotel.
