My husband and I came to stay at this hotel for 12 nights. When we arrived to check in we were welcomed by very friendly staff. I had the pleasure of being greeted by Bettina whose is I believe is the heartbeat of this hotel. Our room was lovely and clean with a pool and sea view to die for. The team who serviced our room were lovely and always greeted us every time we met them. I would have liked a kettle in my room however I brought my own! The breakfast was delicious and varied with the ability to reserve tables if required for a wheelchair access. The bar had a great variety of drinks and Dominic has a great team. The evening entertainment was very good and varied. There is something for everyone. You can access the beach from a gate beside the pool bar. I must say there was no rush to book a sun lounge by the pool as there are plenty. You can book a Bali bed for a small charge. There is a wellness centre on site with a pool, sauna and a gym. There are beauty treatments available. You can accesthe outdoor pool from the indoor pool. There is a bus-stop outside the hotel if you wish to experience a trip to nearby Porto Cristo, Calla Millor, Calla Bona, Calla Ratjada, Palma or to the airport. From my experience here I would highly recommend a stay here if you want a really relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Ok we came here for my birthday 2 nights and that was enough!!! The hotel grounds and rooms are amazing clean spacious couldn't ask for more, but as a adults only hotel it's more of a senior citizen hotel and I really mean that after 10pm the hotel is dead quiet, majority Germans here also if your a smoker you can't smoke on your balcony there is one designated smoking area in the whole hotel, as a smoker myself i felt like a kids being told where I can and cannot smoke and it's supposed to be adults only, I mean if your over 70 then this is definitely the place for you not a for a couple who have a child free weekend.

Hotel is in a brilliant location right on the beach with a promeade for walks. Room was large plenty of storge space, good fridge. WIFI very good. Food fantastic both breakfast and evening meals. Plenty of choice spectacular food. Shoppling recommend Carrefour supermarket cheaper than all the Spa which are full of china Tak. Transfer from airport around 70 Minutes. Staff friendly. Roberto on activites was awesome. Archery, Rifle Shooting, Sjoelen, Petanque boules played with fun and competitive. He really loves his job. Thank You. I won the Archery my prize was a hotel bag which I took to my room 341 very pleased with my achivement. But on return the beds had had blankets changed. I think the bag must of been removed with the old blankets. So was very disappointed. Hopefully a mistake from the maid. I will now need to return to try and win another bag.

Hotel is in a fantastic location right on the beach. We had room 305 which had an outstanding view. Check in and out were very efficient. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice. We ate dinner there one evening, as we were only B&B the buffer dinner cost €30pp but there was a very good choice. Being adults only it was nice to be around the fantastic pool in a relaxed atmosphere. There was water aerobics in the morning plus other activities such as archery, Darts and boules. Always something going on in the evening with a visiting act. You are able to put drinks etc on your room to pay at the end with is nice not to have to carry cash or cards. The Pool and Beach are some of the best I've visited anywhere. Both very clean. Due to it being end of April when we visited there was a lot of other hotels not open yet, also the same for shops and bars. I can imagine in the height of summer the area is bustling. We went for a chilled few days away in the sun and that is exactly what we got. 100% we would return.

The whole stay was amazing, check in and check out were efficient. All the staff were professional, friendly and knowledgeable. Amenities and room were wonderful as was the restaurant. The food was well cooked and plenty of choice. Loved the area as well and would definitely go back to this hotel in the future.
