Hipotels Mediterraneo

This was our second visit with my sister same time as last year..so you always wonder will it be just as good...well it definitely was...despite arriving late at night there was a small buffet laid out which was much appreciated after delays...the cleanliness hits you as soon as you step into the hotel and is the same standard right through your stay day or night Room standard is excellent with above average size rooms and bathrooms it cant be faulted and Milli who cleaned our room was brilliant Once again the food quality was exceptional and on a positive note the desserts had definitely had an upgrade they were delicious. Sad to see some guests piling their plates then leaving lots...as you can go back as many times as you like to top up something you enjoyed The staff are all great but I would like to make a special mention of Santi who made my coffee (cafe con leche no sugar but a biscuit ) most days at the pool bar and also was in the bar at night during the entertainment he was always the same pleasant and helpful even after a long day . Also i would like to give a special mention to the young man who keeps the pool area and sun lounger area spotless ...he never stops even spot cleaning individual areas ..the pool toilets are also spotless no matter what time of the day it is. We had a fabulous holiday and there is already a family member there on our recommendation...

Very beautiful place with crystal beaches.

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We arrived around midnight; check-in was quick, and we were offered a late dinner. The Standard Room was perfectly adequate, spacious, and clean. There was welcome water and a TV. Housekeeping was absolutely fine. Breakfast and dinner were absolutely great. There was a large selection, and most of the food was very tasty—we always found something we liked. Fresh fruit was always available. Despite the large number of guests, there was never a shortage of anything, and we never had to wait in line. There was always an open lounge chair by the pool; everything was clean, and the bar was right next to the pool. The beach was clean, the sea was beautiful, and you could either use the lounge chairs (for a fee) or bring your own blanket. Even though we were there during peak season (August), it didn’t seem overcrowded to me. There’s a public transit stop right in front of the hotel, so you can walk (8 km) or take a trip to Porto Cristo. There are plenty of shops, restaurants, and a promenade around the hotel. You can also go for a run in the nearby forest—ideal for a 5 km morning run. We were completely satisfied; we have no complaints. The hotel staff were always helpful and ready to handle anything—for example, a jammed safe was fixed within 6 minutes of being reported. Upon checkout, spacious showers were available where you could close the door and change in peace. Thank you very much for your hospitality.

My husband and I have recently returned from a visit to Hipotels Mediterraneo in Sa Coma, Majorca. The resort is lovely little place to visit and it has a beautiful beach and warm clear sea. The hotel has a great location right on the beach and close to shops and a pharmacy. We'd booked a sea view room with half board. The room was nice enough and clean, the view was lovely. The food at breakfast and at dinner was very good with plenty of choice. We visited the snack bar by the pool and the food was also very good there, I'd recommend the spicy prawn salad which was delicious! The hotel bar served exceptionally good quality cocktails, which I would definitely recommend. Unfortunately for me I had an accident in the hotel, I was walking from the spa area towards the stairs and slipped on a big pool of water on the floor. My husband went to tell the reception staff and a maintenance man turned up and explained that the water was dripping from the plants they had watered. The following day I went back to reception to tell them that I was certain that I'd broken my toe, they were very nice and Bettina the PR lady offered me crutches or a wheelchair, or to pay my doctors bill. We were only there for four days and I really didn't want to waste a day dealing with doctors especially when there is very little that can be done for a broken toe! I spent the remainder of my holiday hobbling around the resort which was very frustrating. I must admit that I found it very bizarre that the hotel seemed far more concerned about not admitting any liability unless I could prove that I was injured. Regardless of injury the fact remains that there was a big puddle of water on the floor in a dimly lit area of the hotel, which caused me to have an accident. I returned to reception a second time to query whether there should have been an accident report or something (anything) that should have been done. It just seemed to be brushed off, no fruit plate to apologise, or anything at all. However, despite this very strange and frustrating experience I would still recommend this hotel, it has a fantastic location and the food and drinks and amenities are of a very good standard.

Hotel location, staff, food, room , location and entertainment were all absolutely amazing. A real small hotel feel in a massive facility.
