Just returned from a one week stay. The hotel is spotless, the staff are attentive, welcoming and approachable. Many of them speak at least 4 different languages. We had a premium room which is on floors 3 and 4 with a sea and pool view. There were no noise issues at all. No problems with getting sunbeds at any time of the day. Pool was clean and a good temperature. The beach is right in front of the hotel. There are activities run all day including gym classes, aquagym (lots of fun), darts, market trip, horse riding, paddle boarding, archery. The animation team were knowledgeable and enthusiastic but never pushy. There was never any pressure to join in any activities. Entertainment every night was good quality acts. Food was delicious and a great attempt made for vegetarian and vegan. I am vegetarian and there was always at least one or two different dishes available every night. Huge selection for breakfast and easy to make healthy choices. Even though it’s a busy hotel the buffet is so well run and well staffed it never felt overwhelming. The area itself is beautiful, felt safe and everyone was lovely and welcoming. Overall the experience was wonderful we felt like the staff team really cared about us a truly exceptional experience.

Just returned from a fabulous week at the Hip-hotel Mediterraneo in Sa Coma. Arrived late and had a simple check in with a personal escort to the room and cold buffet as we missed dinner. The room itself was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean - we upgraded for a higher standard room with a sea view and it was totally superb in every respect - even had a super king size bed !! Perfect air-con and supported by a ceiling fan to keep the temperature comfortable. The food choice was totally superb - every possible option to cover even the fussiest of eater and it never got repetitive…. The buffet was busy but you soon learn how to manage the people….. The entertainment was generally ok - varied and pleasant to sit through with other options close by if a change is preferred to mix it up…. Superb beach area right outside the door with a nice beach bar and lots of umbrellas. The standards throughout were simply superb and this coupled to the excellent qualities constantly displayed by the team members really was impressive…. The age group is very mixed along with the origins of many guests - no loud or brash personalities and just a nice peaceful atmosphere and environment to relax within. No sun bed issues and plenty of shade opportunities in multiple areas. It’s a 5 star resort all day long in our eyes and booking again for September.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely Fantastic Stay! We have just returned from an amazing stay at Hotel Mediterráneo in Sa Coma and honestly couldn't fault it. We stayed in Room 006, which was a standard room, but it felt far from standard. Being on the ground floor, we had a lovely outdoor area with beautiful sea views, making it the perfect place to relax. The hotel isn't a typical "Brit abroad" destination, which made for a much more peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The food was exceptional. The buffet had the biggest selection we've ever seen, including its own dedicated vegan section. The desserts were incredible and there was so much choice that you were genuinely spoilt for choice every day. Anyone who says there isn't enough variety must be impossible to please! Everything was high quality, fresh, and absolutely delicious. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and the bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept in. The free safe and reliable WiFi were great extras. The only thing we felt was missing was a kettle for making tea and coffee in the room. The outdoor pool is fantastic, always a lovely temperature, and the cocktails and mocktails were superb. We also enjoyed the indoor pool and spa area, which was beautifully maintained and very relaxing. The massage we had was excellent and really added to the holiday experience. The entertainment was also very good, with plenty of variety throughout our stay. There was something for everyone, from live singers and quizzes to aerobatic performances and other evening entertainment. It was enjoyable without being over the top and added to the great atmosphere around the hotel. What truly makes this hotel special, though, is the staff. Every single member of staff we encountered was outstanding. Friendly, welcoming, hardworking, and always smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble and they genuinely seemed to care about making guests have the best possible holiday. From reception to housekeeping, restaurant staff to bar staff, every single person deserves recognition. They are a huge credit to the hotel and one of the main reasons we would return. The location is perfect too, with plenty of shops, bars and amenities nearby, and the beach is absolutely stunning. We hired a car and found the journey from the airport took around 50 minutes, which was very straightforward. There are also plenty of shops within walking distance. One of the highlights of the area was the nearby Punta de n'Amer nature reserve walk, which is well worth doing. The views along the route are simply unrivalled and provide some truly spectacular scenery. Overall, this was one of the most relaxing and enjoyable holidays we've had. Beautiful surroundings, fantastic food, excellent facilities, wonderful staff, and great entertainment. In all honesty, this hotel felt closer to a 5-star experience than a 4-star one. We would not hesitate to return and highly recommend Hotel Mediterráneo Sa Coma to anyone looking for a relaxing break in Mallorca.

We stayed here for four nights in June in a seaview room with half board. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and I would have given five stars apart from a few little niggles. The hotel is spotlessly clean and all the public areas have a really nice feel to them. The food on the whole was of a pretty high standard and the staff were mostly really friendly and efficient. Drinks were excellent and surprisingly reasonable. The area is very much a family resort with a few bars and restaurants, but most of them close fairly early. The things we thought they could do better - the part of the hotel you arrive in is the basement level and is pretty underwhelming. We were very relieved when we went to the first floor and saw the lovely public areas. Check in was also fairly brusque and matter of fact - a welcome glass of fizz or just a bit more of a personal touch might have been nice. The room was really lovely with a great view and spotlessly clean but was missing a few things - we felt there should have been a mirror at the dressing table and maybe some tea and coffee making facilities. We also had a bottle of water on night one, but had to buy our own after that. Bed was really comfortable though and we slept really well. The buffet for breakfast and dinner had a great selection most of the time and food was hot and plentiful. We did the Asian tasting menu one night at the speciality restaurant which was a nice change but the standard of food was a bit mixed. We loved the staff there though - especially Dominic who also served us in the bar and Bettina who came to chat to us. The entertainment was great with a very enthusiastic host who also got everyone moving for aqua aerobics in the pool. There were plenty of beds round the pool and we really enjoyed this area. I used the spa for a massage which was really lovely and I would have gone back if I'd had a longer stay. Overall we would definitely return and would recommend this hotel to others.

What can I say, only whoa. what a beautiful hotel, from the check in until check out, the service was excellent in every aspect. We stayed here for 10 nites half board from 24th May until 3rd June. I had updated my original booking from a premium double to a select double, we were given a room on the the 5th floor which I had requested, the views were amazing over the large pool and also had stunning views which overlooked the turquoise sea, small fridge which wasn't the coldest but it did the trick, safe, coffee machine, bathrobes and slippers were all supplied and the lovely staff delivered chocolates every nite at 6pm and coffee pods if needed, they also supplied us with a kettle as my Mum drinks tea. Great walk in powerful dual shower with plenty of hot water, beds were so comfy, blackout curtains and soundproof rooms, great AC as well, a massive TV with English channels, great balcony with table and comfy chairs which were very private, there is also a wall dryer at the side for your towels. This hotel is spotlessly clean, not a single crumb anywhere and smelt lovely throughout, the staff here work so hard especially the dining staff and bar staff along with the domestic staff, rooms were cleaned everyday, towels every 2 days along with the bed sheets. The food here is very good although it is extremely busy at meal times, when you find a table at breakfast, the staff come over immediately to give you a full pot of coffee, there are also coffee & tea machines etc, the breakfasts were delicious along with the lovely pastries. I did enjoy the evening meal, some of the food didn't suit me but the salads and desserts were amazing, a special shout out to Vanesa in the dining room along with her colleagues who were fantastic and so helpful at their jobs, nothing too much trouble for them, also a massive shoutout to all the bar staff who worked really hard and were so pleasant, entertainment was very good, some amazing acts and tribute bands. Thank you Hotel Mediterraneo for my 1st time staying at this lovely hotel, looking to book next year, will definitely be back 😀 Xx
