There was no friendliness , no welcoming very little entertainment, the hotel is only in my opinion just a **** hotel, no kettle tea coffee facilities in the room , no toiletries, there is a hairdryer …hardly any information in reception on trips , buses, taxis etc, bare minimum information on the hotel about what goes on daily,no info in the room about how the hotel works eg; what times breakfast n dinner n bar openings n closing and trips and so on…which there is always info in every hotel room or boards around hotels we’ve been to …pool area is nice.. always full ! nice access to the beach but if you do get to the beach in the morning and planning on staying all day you will get charged n I got charged 37 euros !if you go after 2 ish you’ll most probably not pay🤞beach n sea are clean n sandy… there are a few bars about 15 mins walk down the road n a few places to eat, nothing exciting though…loads of gift shops everywhere ….the hotel does cater mainly for Germans very few other nationalities there… we went for 10 days, food in restaurant was ok, you could find something to eat all the time but again, not very interesting. The desserts were the best…it takes about an hour from the airport to hotel…over all we wouldn’t go back .. quiet a lot of money as well for what you get in my opinion

First class hotel right on the beachfront, great sea views and seconds from the beach. Adults only so very peaceful and calm. Plenty of sunbeds and no people going down with towels to claim sunbeds at 6 o'clock in the morning. The bar staff, restaurant staff and housekeeping staff all excellent and couldn't do enough for us. It was our wedding anniversary and we received flowers and chocolates in our room and a specially decorated table for breakfast which was all appreciated. Food in both restaurants was superb and staff are very attentive and friendly. Plenty of activities going on from the animation team who are all great especially Robbix who is on the go all day, the man is a machine and a great laugh. Great spa and indoor pool area. Nightime entertainment had very good acts on and the bar staff are top class. Overall really enjoyed it and will return in the future.

We are so pleased that we found this hotel, the view from our 3rd floor room was breathtaking. Every member of staff we interacted with was very efficient but at the same time sociable and wanting to ensure you had the best possible stay. We found it easy to relax by walking or taking the bus to near by attractions. Excellent variety (vegetarian and vegan options readily available) and quality of food at the buffet, which could be busy at times but never low on options. It was no surprise that many guests we spoke to had been coming back regularly, and we hope to do the same.

Just returned from a one week stay. The hotel is spotless, the staff are attentive, welcoming and approachable. Many of them speak at least 4 different languages. We had a premium room which is on floors 3 and 4 with a sea and pool view. There were no noise issues at all. No problems with getting sunbeds at any time of the day. Pool was clean and a good temperature. The beach is right in front of the hotel. There are activities run all day including gym classes, aquagym (lots of fun), darts, market trip, horse riding, paddle boarding, archery. The animation team were knowledgeable and enthusiastic but never pushy. There was never any pressure to join in any activities. Entertainment every night was good quality acts. Food was delicious and a great attempt made for vegetarian and vegan. I am vegetarian and there was always at least one or two different dishes available every night. Huge selection for breakfast and easy to make healthy choices. Even though it’s a busy hotel the buffet is so well run and well staffed it never felt overwhelming. The area itself is beautiful, felt safe and everyone was lovely and welcoming. Overall the experience was wonderful we felt like the staff team really cared about us a truly exceptional experience.

Just returned from a fabulous week at the Hip-hotel Mediterraneo in Sa Coma. Arrived late and had a simple check in with a personal escort to the room and cold buffet as we missed dinner. The room itself was modern, spacious and spotlessly clean - we upgraded for a higher standard room with a sea view and it was totally superb in every respect - even had a super king size bed !! Perfect air-con and supported by a ceiling fan to keep the temperature comfortable. The food choice was totally superb - every possible option to cover even the fussiest of eater and it never got repetitive…. The buffet was busy but you soon learn how to manage the people….. The entertainment was generally ok - varied and pleasant to sit through with other options close by if a change is preferred to mix it up…. Superb beach area right outside the door with a nice beach bar and lots of umbrellas. The standards throughout were simply superb and this coupled to the excellent qualities constantly displayed by the team members really was impressive…. The age group is very mixed along with the origins of many guests - no loud or brash personalities and just a nice peaceful atmosphere and environment to relax within. No sun bed issues and plenty of shade opportunities in multiple areas. It’s a 5 star resort all day long in our eyes and booking again for September.
