The laying of the hotel was great. The staff were kind, although comunicating in English could be more improved. Hotel was clean, food fresh and okay. Neighbours were very loud.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! Everything was clean, comfortable, and welcoming, but what truly made our experience exceptional was the outstanding service from the staff. A special thank you to the receptionists, Laura and front desk helper Lucas. They were incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile.
