Booked this hotel for 10 day’s as we were under the impression it was not far to go to the old town of Palma (little bit of a mistake on our part) . It takes 30 minutes on the local bus only 2 euro each but beware at peak times it’s standing room & watch out for PICKPOCKETS on the bus which is a nightmare drive along the motorway all packed in like sardines mostly standing. The hotel is clean the staff all very friendly, the food is o.k, although we booked b&b we paid for 3 nights for dinner with 10% discount, strange this can only be consecutive nights you CANNOT choose or miss a night. I have to say one night I chose the steak where the chef cooks it on the griddle, it was the toughest steak I have ever encountered it would have been easier to cut my leather shoe. The restaurant has theme nights but this is mainly just the way they dress the dining room up. Breakfasts OK- but my wife asked for a poached egg, not fried, amazing the reply was “Sorry Not Possible “ they only do hard boiled, scrambled or fried The bedroom was a little cramped with an open wardrobe great if you are 6ft tall but almost impossible to reach the hangers, very poor design. Good shower but no bath, side sea facing room on 7th floor next to roof pool great!👍 . Big problem with noise at night yobs shouting & banging on bedroom door at 4.00 in the morning. The pool at the back of the hotel is lovely plenty of beds with great bar service with a 😊 smile. Going back to the location we felt it was just like going to Benidorm (no offence to Benidorm if you like that sort of holiday) with lots of stag party’s & football louts mainly German bars along the promenade in this area. My wife went for a massage in the hotel, nothing special, but as usual hotel prices. The Spa was clean with a sauna & steam (not working) room & warm indoor pool. Overall I would only rate the hotel as 4 star not 5star as advertised. Would we return? Not really, mainly due to the location and noise. we are only on our 6th night out of 10 so hopefully it will improve🤞One thing is noticeable is when you approach the hotel is the amount of yobs that hang their towels & washing over the balcony to dry, I have never seen a 5* hotel allow that. Discovered the rooftop bar great photo’ area for sunset in the evening with smiling/happy bar staff. In the day time it was good until drinkers start to take rooftop pool over, with teenagers dinking pints of beer IN the actual pool. Have to say all the staff are very friendly & helpful at all times but need to be a little stricter on house rules this could then bring it up to 5* in my opinion.
very average stay, staff were unhelpful with bags when checking in, not worth £500 each for 3 nights
The hotel itself was lovely, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I booked the trip quite quickly and didn’t fully realise what the surrounding area would be like—it’s very much what I’d describe as a “German Magaluf.” That said, the hotel didn’t attract the younger, rowdier football crowd, and most guests were German holidaymakers. That wasn’t an issue at all, just something to be aware of. However, the beach and surrounding strip were extremely busy, especially in the evenings, with large groups of football fans chanting and celebrating. The bars in the area are predominantly football-themed, and at times it felt quite chaotic. Overall, the hotel itself was excellent, but due to the lively nature of the resort, it’s not somewhere we would choose to visit again.
Wonderful place and wonderful value. The weather was perfect when we were here. Just steps from the beach allows for easy walking up and down the boardwalk. I wish they had a hot tub, but I loved both pools and the panoramic view was incredible. I think they do technically have a spa down, but it's open when the spa is open, which is most of the day.
My wife and I visited for 4 nights at the end of May 2026. Location wise, the hotel was in a great position - a street back from the promenade and only a ~15 minute walk from the S’Arenal harbour. The other way (heading towards Palma) had some lovely bars and restaurants. Staff were courteous and friendly. Special mentions go to Naiira, Pepe and Kevin who were a pleasure talking to - lovely, very friendly people with a similar sense of humour to ourselves (bless them)! Service was impeccable. Facilities were excellent, with lots of different areas, all architecturally superb - natural and homely. For sunbathing we went to the sky lounge, which was beautiful, with 360 degree views and included a bar / snack area. Sun loungers were varied and quality / comfortable - this was complimented with plenty good quality parasols! The hotel also provided sunbathing towels. The food was varied and all good quality, even the deserts, which can often with buffet restaurants be sweet without that much taste. The chefs on the grill cooked the food perfectly - with varying fish, beef and chicken options available. Our room was on level 5 and had a part sea view (obscured by buildings) which didn’t disappoint. It had everything needed including good quality aircon, comfy bed/pillows, lovely balcony, walk-in shower and a nice Nespresso machine! The rooms were cleaned often to a high standard. Thank you to all who work there, it was our first trip to the island and you helped to make it a special one.
