HM Isabela - Adults Only

Rooms very small and poor selection of food. Food very repetitive and not hot often cold or warm . Staff speak very little English and hard communicating with them . Should be a three star hotel at most. Hotel doesn’t even change money and no entertainment on a night. Pool not ideal for people with disabilities

We have just spent a week at hotel Isabela, Santa ponsa. Beautiful hotel. Great food. Staff very friendly. Hotel spotless. Hotel has an amazing smell. Room small, but still OK. Bathroom a good size Pool brilliant, again spotless! Shops and bars on the doorstep Beautiful beach All in all a very lovely holiday Jet 2 staff. Perfect!

We planned our vacation at the hotel HM Isabela from 25th May-1st Jun. We gain a lot more knowledge and experience during our second trip to Spain since 2018. We would like to thank HM Isabela staff for making our visit a memorable experience. We arrived late on Wednesday evening and were dealt with efficiently by reception We found the room to be very small On raising the issue today the whole thing was sorted out without any drama First class from the hotel staff and jet 2 Dana. We would like to add the hotel is immacula te in its cleanliness and a credit to all concerned. I myself am in very poor health but try not to show it and having staff sort an issue out quickly helps us Thoroughly reccomended. We have been fortunate to have travelled a lot and many places and companies could learn from this and Jet 2 excellent response as well as the hotel

I will say it's a great hotel, we had room 340 which after checking into the room we were a little concerned we may get some street noise, but in the morning that thought had quickly been dispelled. The hotel is very clean with rooms serviced daily if you wish with clean towels daily if you choose so, we chose to go every other day on towels. Ok the room could have done with being a little bigger but what is the room really for when you re on holiday. We went B&B by choice which was fine as we like to wander and try other places to eat, but going by the breakfast the all inc option would be good too. The whole hotel from rooms, communal areas, seating areas and pool area was spotless all the way. Quite what the pool would be like for beds in peak season I don't know but for us there were plenty of spare beds every day (middle of May). Only slight issue was the Wifi which was not great but again, we were on holiday to enjoy the hotel and island. If you want to there's a bus stop a two minute walk from hotel where you can get the 103 into Palma, think it was 9 euro per couple each way, but learned after it may be cheaper paying by card just remember to tap on and off bus if you use card, we got off last stop on bus which is the bus station, but there are two stops before that which I believe those three stops are all a similar distance to the cathedral to walk. I do think the hotel offered good value for money for our package with a good service provided. Now for an issue but not to do with the hotel, if you want snacks, drinks or water for don't go to the Spar opposite hotel entrance it appears to be quite expensive, you can buy 6 2ltr packs of water just round the corner for at least 3 euro less and even milk was 2.5 euro less for a bottle, but you know what its like when you first arrive and you just want to get some bits for the room. It is located in a very slightly quieter area than the main strip which is a five min walk to the right but to the left some cracking little restaurants available a two or three min walk to the left. One hotel/holiday we will be going back to in the future.
