HSM Atlantic Park

Myself and my girlfriend have had a mostly enjoyable stay at this hotel! The hotel is clean throughout, freshly done up and plenty of space for everyone. Always plenty of sun bed’s available and no ‘sunbed wars’ in the morning which was nice! However, there were sadly a few downsides for us. The food was often cold or lukewarm at meal times and the pool was cold a lot of the time. Our bathroom had a sewage smell often, the bedroom smelt unpleasant frequently - it also impacted air conditioning so we would also have to turn this off due to the smell. We found the restaurant staff to be unfriendly and were unfortunately rude to us on a couple of occasions. One lunch time we mistakenly sat in the ‘closed area’ and we had two staff members moan at us for this and roll their eyes at us for the ‘inconvenience’, it ruined our lunchtime so we left the restaurant in the end. The bar team at the pool bar were very friendly and drinks are good quality and not watered down - the iced coffee is to die for! Special mention to the entertainment lady, Giuilia we believe her name is, she was so kind hearted during our stay and made an effort to have a friendly chat, she is great at her job! It seems most of the staff don’t make an effort to speak with the English people which is a shame as it has been a lovely week, however we feel there were a number of things which let our stay down. Just a side note also to let others know, once checked out at 12pm, you aren’t allowed to have lunch or dinner at the hotel, they stop all the services - in previous hotels we have always been able to have meals after as we have paid for that day, but this was an exception.

Great hotel, good food, clean comfy rooms. Entertainment wasn't great but we headed out to the strip most nights anyway so wasn't a massive for us. Good selection of drinks and tasty cocktails on AI

I am staying here right now and honestly, I cannot understand why this hotel has received so many negative reviews – it is honestly nothing like what people have written! HSM Atlantic Park is fantastic and completely exceeded every expectation I had. First off, the hotel is brand new and everything here feels fresh and modern. From the sun loungers, umbrellas and outdoor areas, right through to the bedrooms, furniture and communal spaces – everything is in perfect condition, high quality and looks amazing. The cleanliness here is exceptional, honestly one of the cleanest hotels I have ever stayed in. They pay attention to absolutely every detail: spotless bedrooms, shiny glasses and cutlery, clean restrooms (even the public toilets outside are always pristine!), and all facilities are maintained perfectly throughout the day. It really makes such a difference to your stay. As for the All-Inclusive offering – it is outstanding! The drink selection is brilliant and, best of all, they serve good quality alcohol, not cheap watered-down spirits like you find in so many places. The coffee is also excellent, which is a huge plus for me! Being pescetarian, I was slightly worried about the food choice, but I have been blown away by the quality and variety. Every single day there is plenty to choose from – and it is definitely not just one type of fish! I’ve had fresh salmon, different varieties of white fish, delicious seafood, plus lots of vegetable and vegetarian options. While the selection isn’t massive, remember it isn’t peak season yet – and everything that is served is fresh, hot, beautifully cooked and incredibly tasty. Quality over quantity every time! The atmosphere is relaxed, the facilities are great and overall this has been one of the best hotel experiences I’ve had in a long time. This is genuinely one of the very few hotels I would happily return to year after year – and I don’t say that lightly! If you are looking for a modern, spotless, well-run hotel with great food and drinks in Magaluf – book here without hesitation. You won’t regret it! 10/10 – highly recommended 👏👏

I am currently staying at this hotel and I urge you to please take note of the negative reviews. The one positive I can say is the hotel is clean and the bathrooms are beautiful. On the whole the hotel is aesthetically pleasing but ….. there are no mirrors in the main bedroom. The only mirror is in the bathroom which is a complete pain - you cannot do hair and makeup if someone is having a shower. The hotel really needs to think about mirrors in the main room. The beds squeak with every move and they are extremely hard. There are not enough plug sockets. When booking this hotel I requested a quiet room and let me just say I couldn’t be in a noisier room. I’m in room 224 adjacent to the outdoor stage, why put me there when I asked for a quiet room? I am currently in bed listening to the pounding music, I do not understand why I have been allocated this room. This is my first day and night and I actually want to go back to the UK, I have never been so disappointed in a hotel. May I also add the food this evening was terrible, neither I or my daughter could make a meal out of the offerings. I will add the staff are friendly and I am hoping after my visit to reception in the morning they can sort out my room. So far the worse hotel experience I have had.

We had good times in this hotel. We had 3 rooms for 6 people here for a week. Unfortunately, the last night one guy found out that he is missing 50€ from a wallet. Next morning we figured out that another 3 people are missing money as well, everything was stolen from a wallets, in total its over 150€. We were on 7th floor with the same cleaning ladies for the whole stay. Reported this to a manager that seemed to care but since we were leaving, I've tried to keep in touch via email, they don't care anymore. Therefore, I'd avoid or keep your expensive in a safe or it probably gets stolen!
