HSM Atlantic Park

To be fair hotel is 3*+, but the staff, location for those of us over 18 & ambience are Marvellous. The beach & seafront are just over 5 minutes walk, while the strip is a little over 15. Plenty of local welcoming bars if u don’t fancy moving far. If one minor complaint the 2 lifts are not enough to service the hotel & can annoy. The staff in this hotel are excellent, friendly & can’t do enough for you, the best we have come across. Would we recommend HSM Atlantic Park ? Definitely.

Nice superior room. Hotel nice, food absolutely dreadful. I gave it a go the second night then gave up. Wine like paint stripper. Food cold (I watched a 'chef' remove a pizza tray from the oven with his bare hands!!) Dining room swarming with flies, dining room staff miserable as reception staff. After 2 nights I chose to eat out, including breakfast as that was awful too.

A well positioned hotel close to the beach the food was good + nice friendly bar staff near the poor entertainment at night was very good seen lot worse at other places the guy on the Mike didn’t catch his name was good at his job the only down side when I checked in hotel said I’d booked H/B when I booked all inclusive it took a phone call home to jet 2 in England to sort the situation out with hotel which they did immediately even though I had email confirming booking which the hotel weren’t interested in seeing overall though a good week at the hotel + prob go back there at some point

The hotel was extremely old and dirty, and I honestly don’t understand how it has received four stars. First of all, we had requested a double bed, but we were given two single beds pushed together, leaving a gap in the middle. The iron frame beds were very noisy and squeaked with every small movement. We complained twice, and although staff came to check, nothing was fixed. The bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and kept getting stuck. There was no ventilation fan, so the smell was unbearable, especially at night. They provided blankets without covers. Dust could be seen everywhere, and the bathroom and shower were full of stains. The curtain in the room even had blood stains, and the bed sheets had yellow marks, so I had to buy my own bed covers, pillowcases, and blanket covers. Although the swimming pool was clean and foods were nice, but the inside of the building and the chairs in the dining area were shockingly dirty. Honestly, even two stars would be too much for the level of cleanliness in this hotel.

Best week ever! 🍹☀️ Hotel’s right by the beach and clubs, but chill enough to crash after a crazy night. Staff were legends, food kept us alive 😂 and the pool was the perfect hangover spot. Magaluf + this hotel = madness. Coming back for round 2!
