HSM Atlantic Park

I’m writing this while I’m still here, sat on the balcony with a cocktail. Well, I’m going to start with the very minor negatives… and I’ve had to look really hard to find them. Evening in the bar, the table service can be a little slow, and some of the evening entertainment was a tad boring but that’s it. Now to the positives:- The hotel is situated in the quieter end of Magaluf, about 10 minutes walk to the promenade. Check in service was excellent, due to delays we didn’t arrive until 5 past 10 at night. The receptionist put our AI bands on and said leave your luggage with me, the snack bar is open for another 20 minutes, go and eat. Fresh food cooked to order, includes burgers, pizzas, fries, chicken nuggets, and onion rings. Was nice to have hot food and a drink from the bar before finishing our check in. The rooms are good, plenty of storage and wardrobe space, and comfortable beds. I had a single occupancy room which included a double bed, double mirrored wardrobe which housed a free safe, a fridge and a small balcony overlooking the road, our other room was a double and was pretty much the same but bigger with a large balcony overlooking the pools and entertainment stage. Their beds were 2 singles pushed together. I have seen reviews which talk about the shower flooding the bathroom . It is something that you have to be aware of, especially after the maid has been in to clean. They put the shower head facing forward and if you don’t spot it the spray is then directed beyond the shower area, Meal times breakfast 8am to 10.30, lunch 1pm - 3pm and dinner 7pm - 9.30. The snack bar opens for an hour between meal times and in the evening. Plenty of choice, food hot and tasty, and the staff in the dining room worked incredibly hard to keep things flowing and food refilled. A lot of food is cooked in front of you, and there were themed meals. The highlight for me was the fresh salmon, whereas my grandson enjoyed the rice and chicken dishes and the Chinese themed meals and his girlfriend the sushi. Deserts were mainly cakes, mousses, icecream, and plenty of fresh fruit but tonight was also rice pudding which was a nice change, The AI drinks were spot on, cocktails were proper cocktails and not the weak watered down ones like some hotels, bar service during the day and table service in the evening. The pool area is clean and tidy and we could always get a sun bed no matter what time we went down. There are also 8 cabanas but these go quite early. There is always a lifeguard on duty. There are two pools, one family pool and one children’s pool which is further back. The waterpark is about 15 minutes walk away and the Pirates adventure show is literally across the road.. I would definitely return to this hotel if I returned to the area.

Nice hotel with a good location. Everything you need are close to the hotel. Friendly staff, the room was clean. Enjoyed yoga class in the morning, thank you Tanya for pleasant atmosphere. Felt welcomed, great stay.

I love the hotel so much, with the service of the worker, my kids were so much happy in the environment, wishing to return back for the next vacation, I recommend the hotel for family fun , is a nice place to be thanks for the service ❤️❤️

We went as a group of friends for a bachelor party and honestly had the best time ever. The vibe was super fun, the entertainment was always upbeat, and every day I actually wanted to join the activities. The staff kept the energy high and made everything feel easy and chill. I’d 100% come back.
