My kids and I had a great stay at this resort! As overwhelming and overstimulating as it could be to be around so many children, I definitely would still recommend it to anyone wanting to travel with young children. There was always something to do so we hopped around from beach, to pool, slides, rooftop pool, indoor pool, etc! All the staff at the hotel were incredible, especially those at the kids club. I traveled as a solo mom with two kids ages 5 and 3 and even had time to enjoy a few drinks by the pool while my kids ate their chips from the pool bar! My kids especially loved the night entertainment at Star Camp. The one downside I would say was that we only stayed 3 nights and weren’t able to get a reservation to dinner at the a la carte restaurants. I was really looking forward to Greek food since we don’t have any where we live! However, the buffet did a good job switching things up every day while maintaining the essentials for children. I would highly recommend booking restaurants EARLY - like before arriving. Beach - one of the most beautiful beaches I’ve ever gone to! You can walk miles in shallow water which makes it super safe for kids. The beach loungers aren’t the hotels and I also wish we knew that upon arrival to plan accordingly and not get yelled at by some random guy on the beach! Parking - upon returning my rental car they noticed that there were signs of an attempted robbery since there were marks right above both front seat windows. Fortunately, they didn’t take anything as I hadn’t left anything except carseats in the car. Just an unfortunate end to my vacation but luckily insurance should cover the €400 repair bill! Hotel may want to look into adding extra security measures or monitoring by the parking lot. Rooms - we had a room in Block 1 on the main level (1126) and it was so great to be able to walk out from the garden onto the playground/mini pool area. My kids slept in the trundle bed/bunk bed combo and I loved having my own space!
Had a nice week here. Nice hotel on the beach. Food generally good in buffet with decent variety. Drinks and service good. Not too many complaints overall but just a few points for improvement. There are other spanish, greek and mexican restaurants onsite but they are hard to get a reservation and dont really cater well for kids. Biggest issue by far is the freezing pools. Pool temp may be OK for blazing hot summers but theyre too cold for April and need to be heated. Rooms are quite small but obviously they cant change that. Last thing would be the price. Though generally +ve, still very expensive for what is on offer. Due to that do not plan on returning
Excellent week as a family of four. There is plenty for the children to do and loads of pools for guests to spread across. The children's pool can feel busy but you can choose alternatives. Food was brilliant with huge choice. Would happily go back or try one of their other hotels. We stayed in a premium family room which was spacious.
All hotel staff so lovely and made such an effort (Antonio). Perfect facilities and food, couldn’t recommend enough.
We visited this hotel in May 2026, and it was our first holiday as a family of three, as we were travelling with our 9-month-old baby. Everything about this hotel couldn’t have been better in making the holiday one to remember for all the right reasons. The hotel is fantastic — it is clean and has great food options. The buffet offers a great variety, with a different theme each evening. The tapas restaurant was lovely, as was the Mexican restaurant. The location is also very good; there is a supermarket directly across the road should you need anything. It is close to plenty of places to visit without having to travel for hours. The staff are very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was ever an issue, and the bellboys were very helpful with all the luggage. The maids were also particularly friendly and left a few lovely touches in the room. The rooms themselves are excellent and finished to a high standard. The on-site ice cream shop was particularly popular with my wife! You receive a towel card when checking in and can exchange it for a clean towel whenever needed, so there is no need to worry if you forget to pack a beach towel. The rooftop areas at the hotel are very impressive and provide a great spot to relax where it is quieter, and there is also a pool there. There are a number of self-service areas around the hotel where you can help yourself to soft drinks, tea, coffee, or even a beer during the day. The main bar is excellent — very spacious — and also showed live sport during the day and in the evenings if you enjoy that. The only downside was that the weather was not great during the week we visited, so we did not get a chance to use the pool with the baby. However, the facilities for children looked fantastic, and all the kids using the pools on site looked like they were thoroughly enjoying every minute of it. The direct access to the beach from the hotel was fantastic and provided an idyllic photo opportunity, especially on the deck. The entertainment and evening activities for children were second to none. While we were there, the hotel had an open-air cinema in the evenings, complete with popcorn and headphones that allowed you to listen to the movie in whichever language you spoke, which I thought was a particularly thoughtful touch. This hotel proved to be one that not only met our expectations but exceeded them significantly. We have already started looking at revisiting next year when our son will be older and able to appreciate everything the hotel has to offer, and we cannot wait. To the hotel and all the staff: thank you for an amazing first holiday as a family — see you again soon!
