Iberostar Selection Jardin del Sol Suites

We have recently returned home after a week all inclusive at the hotel. We have been many times over the last 16 years. The holiday was as amazing as ever. The staff are suburb and go above and beyond to make sure everyone has a fantastic time. Ian on the recreation team was a star.

This is my 7th time returning to this amazing hotel. My first visit was in a suite and the second time Philip helped me upgrade to a star prestige junior suite and this in now what I book each time First the welcome - you are offered a drink straight away (mine is always a pink cava). The staff are all amazing and always there to help. I recently went gluten free for health reasons and they have a good food selection to try and they will happily cook you pasta pizza for you. I asked one night what desert was gluten free and the head chef cooked me a lovely chocolate cake. I have been to this hotel alone and with my daughter and staff remember you. The entertainment was especially good this year. Although I’ve yet to try it they have a spa and indoor pool. There are things in all day like yoga and cocktail making. I like to come away to have some luxury and this is what you get especially in star prestige I’m back in October and booked for next May too. Location is around 10-15 min walk to the beach but plenty of shops on the way and only 2-3 min walk from The Square which is popular.

Lovely stay at this hotel, we went on B&B basis and upgraded to Star Prestige. Star Prestige offers snacks, including sandwiches and cakes between 11-12 and 4-6 so we didn’t need to go out and buy lunch during the day. I would definitely recommend upgrading, we didn’t go hungry. Hotel itself is very peaceful, pool areas are lovely and clean and the view across the sea is amazing. The staff were lovely and couldn’t do more for us, we booked a sofa bed and instead of this the hotel gave us a double and single bed which was amazing. It’s around a 15/20 minute walk to the main beach area in Santa Ponsa.

We had an absolutely unforgettable stay at Iberostar Selection Jardín del Sol Suites celebrating my 40th birthday. From the moment we arrived, everything felt special and relaxing. The hotel’s location overlooking the sea is stunning, and the fact that every suite has its own balcony and sea view made the experience even more magical — waking up to those views each morning was incredible. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was calm, luxurious, and perfect for a special occasion. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely went out of their way to make my birthday feel celebrated. The suites were spacious, spotless, and very comfortable, with beautiful sunset views from the balcony every evening. The pool areas and restaurant terraces were fantastic, offering panoramic sea views, breakfast with a view is unforgettable. Highly recommend anyone wanting a relaxing luxury stay in Mallorca. We will definitely return.

This is our 3rd stay in 12 months and we absolutely love it. From the food, the entertainment, the rooms and the location, it is our favourite hotel in Mallorca.
