The parfume workshop was so much fun! Highly recomending it! Marc was very entertaing and kind.

It’s a good hotel however the air conditioning in the room is terrible. Asked if we can have a fan to try and cool down however we were told they don’t have fans. Set it to 18 but they said it doesn’t work and need to set it to 22 for it to work so sleeping in sweat unfortunately.

This was my first stay at an Iberostar property in Palma de Mallorca, and I was genuinely impressed. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and very well maintained. The staff were consistently friendly, welcoming, and eager to help, making the entire experience even more enjoyable. The location is fantastic—situated right on the beach and next to a beautiful seaside promenade. Whether you turn left or right, you can walk for miles while enjoying stunning ocean views, charming cafés, and the vibrant atmosphere of Palma. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. One detail I especially appreciated was the excellent pillow menu, which made it easy to find the perfect pillow for a great night’s sleep. One of the highlights was the food quality, which exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend booking the breakfast and dinner package—it is absolutely worth it. The variety, freshness, and presentation were outstanding. I also participated in several of the resort’s workshops, and they were fantastic. They were well organized, engaging, and a lot of fun, adding an extra dimension to the vacation experience. As someone who travels 4–5 times a year and has stayed at many resorts, I have plenty to compare this experience to. Iberostar truly stood out in every aspect, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend it to others visiting Mallorca.

Light rooms with very good sea views. Breakfast and evening meals offered a wide choice. Staff were helpful. Meal times can be busy but that is the same in most hotels in season. No complaints.

This hotel was far and above my expectations. My husband and I upgraded to Star Prestige level when we arrived... the best decision. Our suite was on the corner on the 6th floor. The room was massive with stunning views of the sea. We were allowed to access the 8th floor rooftop pool. It was beautiful and peaceful with the best views. With Star Prestige status on the rooftop, we were able to enjoy an array of mini-sandwiches, tapas, desserts and a variety of non-alcoholic beverages. Also, with Star Prestige, we were entitled to an exclusive a la carte breakfast in private area as well as special seating at breakfast buffet. The Iberostar also offered wonderful nighttime entertainment by very talented performers. The hotel workers were friendly, welcoming, and helpful... big thank you to Mercedes! The hotel was also walking distance to excellent restaurants. I would highly recommend this outstanding hotel.
