Beautiful property and great place to relax

Amazing experience! From the wet towels and champagne at the front door when you enter to the beautiful views and beach access close to the city this has been the greatest experience. Me and my husband decided to go for our honeymoon and were blown away by the kindness of the staff and beautiful amenities.

Our second time here. What we love. Roof top infinity pool and sauna/spa are included. Staff are pleasant and hard working. Thank you especially Anise and Adriano. Alonso Management also. It’s a quiet hotel, adults only, peaceful. Right on lovely beach. We like the half board food selection and cava breakfast. Animation is varied, I did yoga, pilates, LBT, fit core, candle making, painting, macrame, cocktail class and liquor making. Thank you animation team Carolina & Agnes. A much needed break.

This 4-star beachfront hotel exceeded expectations in every way. Perfect location right on the seafront with stunning ocean views. The hotel has great facilities, including a ground-level pool and jacuzzis, plus a beautiful rooftop pool on the 8th floor with incredible views. Rooms are comfortable, functional, and clean, with balconies facing the sea — ideal for relaxing and enjoying the view. Service was exceptional throughout. The entire staff was consistently friendly, welcoming, and professional. Reception was excellent, with two standout receptionists: a warm and multilingual Greek lady, and a very kind and efficient young receptionist who made the stay seamless. Housekeeping was impeccable, with thoughtful touches like flowers and chocolates on the bed. Restaurant service was also excellent — professional, discreet, and very attentive. Special mention to Pepe, whose gentleman-like and attentive service truly enhanced the dining experience. A big thank you as well to Carolina (Caro), the fitness and activities instructor, whose energy and positivity made every day brighter with yoga, aqua gym, Zumba, Pilates, and more. Overall, a top-tier stay — highly recommended and would happily return.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff was dismissive, unhelpful, and completely uninterested in resolving concerns. Simple questions were met with attitude, and any issues we brought up were either ignored or handled with little professionalism. What was most disappointing was the lack of accountability and empathy. Hospitality should make guests feel welcomed and valued, but this experience did the exact opposite. Communication was poor, requests were not followed through on, and management seemed unwilling to address problems appropriately. For the amount of money spent, I expected basic courtesy and customer care, neither of which were provided. Unfortunately, the negative experience overshadowed the entire stay. I would not recommend this hotel based on the level of service alone.
