third trip to this lovely hotel having a wonderful time Staff are really friendly great location nothing not to like!

The property is just across the street from the beach and the views of the oceans and sunset are spectacular. The property is clean, has an amazing pool deck and the restaurant on site has a daily breakfast with cava that is outstanding. In addition to that, the staff are friendly and welcoming and make it their goal to be sure your stay is a good one. In particular, Agnes is in charge of daily activities at the pool and hosted multiple events that we enjoyed. I also recommend seeing Cristina in the spa for the massage and facial. I’d stay here again and would highly recommend!

Good location Atmosphere depends on what entertainment is on as the board isn’t up to date do eg abba was meant to be on however it was something else Rooms clean however air con wasn’t the best not cool during in the night time Value is good for money Noise lever in day I good however there was two functions when at the hotel and they were noisy but they were apart of hotel Very disappointed with food though as I have a fish allergy and the busses was all mixed - fish was mixed amongst salads vegetables meats and even next to bread so was very hard to eat at hotel as one even was all fish even the soup - was a lot of mix contamination Overall experience was ok but not will not return which is a shame as loved the IBEROSTAR Quatezal in Mexico have have returned there many times

Beautiful property and great place to relax

Amazing experience! From the wet towels and champagne at the front door when you enter to the beautiful views and beach access close to the city this has been the greatest experience. Me and my husband decided to go for our honeymoon and were blown away by the kindness of the staff and beautiful amenities.
