Second visit here, we were anxious it may not live up to memory from a couple of year’s ago but were not disappointed! The staff really do make this resort nothing is too much trouble, everywhere clean and tidy used cups/plates around the pool swiftly removed, gardens maintained daily, public areas continually cleaned, nice to see the addition of food covers/cabinets to the snack bar near the beach since we last visited keeping food hot and fly free. Improved transport service with larger capacity vehicles as well as individual golf buggies, we never waited more than 5 minutes to move easily around the resort despite its size. Yes, the main dining room is noisy/busy but it’s an All Inclusive family orientated buffet so to be expected, there were always tables available and you can find a quieter space outside on the large terrace. Food was varied, good quality, always hot and plentiful. Lots of activities for children at the main pool and kids club, if you’re looking for a calmer area choose a beach level room which is a much quieter and chilled atmosphere. The Mexican/BBQ restaurant there is really lovely and nothing like the main restaurant in terms of ambience you could be in a different resort offering the best of both worlds. Branded drinks, plentiful free drinking water from stations over the resort, ice creams/frozen cocktails brought around the pool daily in addition to help yourself access to snacks, ice cream and drinks already. Local buses handily stop outside reception for those who want to explore further afield. Rooms are small but we knew that, larger and with a more private bathroom would be the icing on the cake for those of us without the budget for the family suites, but the beds are comfortable, rain shower fab and rooms have good air con. Overall a really great holiday and very glad we came back!

The biggest credit goes to the entertainment team, who worked tirelessly and happily to keep everyone entertained, especially the children. The evening shows were great, and I’ve stayed at many 5-star resorts, but this is by far the most child-friendly one I would recommend. Everything else was good, although not exceptional. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, but a little on the small side. The food was fresh and good quality, but there wasn’t a huge variety, and many of the dishes were repeated every day. There were also long queues at the grill for freshly cooked meat. The swimming pool felt quite small considering the size of the hotel. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The outstanding entertainment team made the holiday special, and if we return to Mallorca, we would definitely consider staying here again.
