We just had to take a moment to leave a truly heartfelt and enthusiastic review about the incredible service we received during our stay — and in particular, to highlight the absolute star that is Romina! From the very first day, Romina made such a positive impression on us. Her attention to detail is nothing short of exceptional, and it’s clear that she genuinely takes pride in her work. Every time we returned to our room, it felt fresh, spotless, and so thoughtfully arranged — like stepping into a little sanctuary after a long day. It’s those small but meaningful touches that really elevate a stay from good to unforgettable, and Romina consistently delivered exactly that. What stood out even more than her impeccable cleaning was her warmth and kindness. She always greeted us with a smile and such a friendly, welcoming attitude. You can tell she truly cares about guests having the best possible experience, and she goes above and beyond in ways that don’t go unnoticed. It’s rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality so effortlessly. Romina’s dedication and positive energy made a huge difference to our overall experience at the hotel. She didn’t just clean our room — she created an environment that felt comfortable, relaxing, and genuinely welcoming every single day. That level of consistency and care is something very special. We stayed at the Iberostar waves calar millor- 4 nights April 2nd - 6th - 5 Adults - 2 sea view rooms - on arrival we found that check in was quick and straightforward - Rooms were great and a lovely view ( water stations on every floor 2 fill up your bottles etc ) we were all inclusive and we found the range of drinks very good and a good viraty - Food was outstanding - from breakfast/ dinner / evening meal ( we couldn't fault it ) we found the hotel clean APART from the seating chairs in the restaurant and outside by the pool ( fabric white chairs in the restaurant were dirty and on 2 occasions we had to change trousers due to the dirt markings ) same on the plastic chairs and tables outside - they were dirty ( but we started to take anti- bacteria wipes so solved the problem) - pool area was ok but very small, Entertainment in the evening was good and we found all the staff very friendly, we all enjoyed our stay here but would probably try a bigger hotel next time , many thanks the Davies Family x

Stayed for a week to rest and recoup with my partner and I cannot fault a single moment at the hotel. The rooms, communal areas and food were all fantastic- we went half board - breakfast and evening meal and were so impressed with the quality and choice available to us. The thing that really stood out about this trip though, was the staff - everyone, but especially the waitresses, were so friendly, welcoming and willing to chat - it was an absolute pleasure. This is highly recommended and I look forward to returning in the future.

A lovely stay at the hotel with my friend . The staff were all friendly and helpful . The only thing that made the stay difficult was the lack of gluten free food on show or if it was it was not labelled which made mealtimes hard. The breakfast gluten free section of bread etc was very poor and for two days there was nothing in the specific area except small biscuits and cornflakes . Having to ask for help is difficult and embarrassing as the staff are extremely busy and not many speak English . One lady in the kitchen was very helpful and would regularly find me a desert to eat on an evening from the kitchen . I know there were at least two other guests that were coeliacs and one lady had to bring her own bread as she couldn’t find it , I had to show her where it was but sadly there was nothing out that morning and never on an evening . Maybe have one area dedicated to allergies with a seperate toaster The easiest and most helpful would be to label every dish in most languages or just put the coeliac symbol on the label if this is not possible . I did have some pasta made for me one day, also a pizza was made which was very good. It’s a pity water has to be paid for in the restaurant and we are not allowed our water bottles on the table . Also no tea and coffee making facilities in the room was a big disappointment . My friend had her birthday while there and she was given a bottle of wine which was a really nice touch and chocolates and card from the housekeeping staff. A member of the entertainment staff we would like to mention in particular is Veronica the lovely young lady who hosts the bingo and music quiz night. She is exceptional in how she involves the guests . We had a fabulous night at the music quiz on our last night due to Veronica ,she is a credit to the hotel . All in all a great stay. if the gluten free points are addressed it would be a perfect hotel to stay in.

We came for our Honeymoon. Check in was professional with welcome drinks. We arrived late so they saved some cold food items for us which was nice. The room is spacious with great amenities: Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. Also has a mini fridge and hair dryer. A big plus is FREE filtered water outside the room, offering cold or hot water. No tea/coffee in the room but there are shops nearby where you can buy that. The hotel offers free yoga classes, darts, table tennis and other sports activities which I thought was extra special. The indoor gym, pool and sauna are lovely to visit when its raining or cold outside. Just make sure you sit on a towel in the sauna to avoid offending anyone. It is strict sauna etiquette in some countries which I was unaware of. 🙈 Pool towels are a €20 deposit per towel at reception but you can keep exchanging for a fresh towel for your full stay. We also paid €20 tourist tax per person on check out. The food is by far the best and it changes every day so you won't get bored. Our package deal included buffet breakfast and dinner. We were spoilt for choice with plenty of options to choose from: Meats, salads, seafood, cheeses and desserts. So delicious, I would visit again just for the food! However, at dinner, water/soft drinks are an extra charge, €3. Overall, everything you need is there: Food, spa/gym, pool, beautiful beach and nice walks. I would love to come again one day.
