Great all-round experience with super-friendly and attentive staff from reception to cleaning staff. Decent comfortable and clean accommodation with a terrace, facing the beach. Copious selection of food literally for all taste buds. The only down side is parking.

I’ve been coming to this hotel for many years, and it has never disappointed me. Every visit reminds me why I keep returning. The staff are genuinely fantastic—friendly, helpful, and attentive—and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome. They create such a warm atmosphere that it truly feels like a family hotel rather than just another holiday resort. This time I stayed in a room with an incredible view of the beach, only around 20 metres from the sand. Waking up to that view was a real highlight of the trip. The gardens are always beautifully maintained and are a credit to the hotel staff. The facilities are a little dated, but everything is kept spotlessly clean. The food offers plenty of choice. After so many years of visiting, it’s wonderful to see that the hotel continues to maintain such high standards. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it and I’m already looking forward to my next stay.

We stayed at this hotel for a week as a family of five and had a really lovely holiday. The location was definitely the highlight for us. The hotel has direct access to a beautiful beach from the back, and there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy walking distance. We went all inclusive and honestly couldn’t fault it. The food was excellent, with plenty of choice, and we were impressed with the quality throughout our stay. The only downside for us was the timing of the children’s mini disco, which was held by the pool at 5:30pm. We were usually back in our room at that time getting everyone showered and ready for the evening, so our children ended up missing it every day. It would have been nice if it started a little later. We’d also recommend visiting the port in Alcúdia while you’re there. It’s a lovely place to spend an evening, with lots of great restaurants, a really lively atmosphere, and a funfair that our children absolutely loved. Overall, we had a fantastic week and made some great family memories. We’d happily stay here again and would definitely recommend it to other families.

Great holidays in Iberostar Ciudad Blanca. Andres very nice boy and animation team is the best. We have a lot of fun.
