Absolutely superb from start to finish! The location is unbeatable, sitting right on the most amazing beach. Everything about this place is incredible—the facilities are top-notch, the staff are brilliant and extremely helpful, and the food is delicious. The breakfast and dinner buffets offer a vast selection, with dinner choices changing every evening so there’s truly something for everyone. A massive shoutout to Andres and the entertainment team, who truly made our holiday! The kids' club and entertainment staff are amazing, working tirelessly from early morning until late at night. They are brilliant with the children, and the evening entertainment was excellent. We would highly recommend this place for a holiday!

If you are planning to visit the hotel taking the half-board or halb-pension option then its a better option to book someplace else. You will have to pay for drinks including water at dinner. The restaurant staff is friendly and allows you to have a glass of water each but all in all that leaves a bad feeling. However if you look past that the hotel is not so bad. Rooms are a bit dated without smartTV or Netflix but the Service level of the staff and the evening entertainment are very good and compensates. Food offerings at dinner are varied enough without getting repetitive. Ah yes you cannot get a packed lunch or breakfast since this conflicts with the sustainability initiatives of the hotel.

From check in to check out everything was great. The room was a little dated but the views more than made up for it. All the staff were outstanding, but a special shout out to Àngel in the food service team. He consistently went above and beyond and we found ourselves deciding on where to sit based on the section he was working. If you're travelling with young kids I would highly recommend this hotel

What a stunning hotel & location! We stayed as a grandad with my daughter and two granddaughters on half board, and it was absolutely fantastic. This wasn’t my usual type of holiday — I’m normally off exploring the far reaches of the world or cruising on ships — but this hotel provided everything we needed for a truly brilliant family break. There was so much on offer for all ages, especially the little ones. The girls were happily occupied from early morning right through until late at night! The staff across every department — entertainment, reception, bar, restaurant, and housekeeping — were simply impeccable. They were always smiling, efficient, and incredibly helpful. The whole hotel was spotless too. We genuinely couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. Please pass on our heartfelt thanks to every single member of staff — we really appreciated all their wonderful efforts!

What a wonderful hotel it has everything for a family holiday. We were a family of 6 including 2 children everyone had a great time and my granddaughter cried on the last day as she didn’t want to go home. This is a testament to how much they enjoyed it. We have travelled a lot and stayed in other AI and this was far the best. Food was fantastic and always hot delicious salad and a great variety. The grounds were beautiful and kept well the whole place had a good ambiance. It was lovely because we noticed most of the guests were family with children and we saw many grandparents like ourselves on holiday it was great to see all generations together having fun. My only slight negative is the room looked as if it needed an update but it didn’t really affect our holiday.Congratulations to the staff you were amazing especially the entertainment team. Will we be back absolutely 👏
