Amazing hotel. Could not fault. Staff go out of their way to make sure you have a great time. Entertainment team worked none stop with a smile on their faces from morning till night. Location is perfect right on the beach. Spotlessly clean, comfy bed and great food with something for everyone. Shops on the doorstep if you want to leave the hotel. Well worth going all inclusive. Great market on a Sunday about 1/2 hours walk. Beautiful beach ( fully accessible with adaptive wheelchair and hoist) Can’t wait to return

**I posted my original review yesterday, however I had a feeling I had left a bracelet which in the room that could’ve have fell under the bed or behind a cupboard, I emailed the hotel to check if anything had been found or handed in but no response as of yet, upon unpacking it seems two pieces of jewellery that were kept in the same place with other jewellery is missing. There were two days where the “do not disturb” sign was put on our door, the second day my partner was in the room when a maid had come in and was startled to see him, with the room layout of the bed she had come quite far into the room before seeing him, he didn’t think it was odd at the time as she could’ve just been on auto pilot but now two pieces of jewellery are missing we’re now questioning it. There is a safe in the room but the point stands things should not be taken out of your room and do not disturb signs should not be ignored** All staff were 10/10 from reception, bar staff, maintenance everyone was polite and welcoming. The location was great and plenty of places to eat out.- Delhi Haveli and JinSun were 10/10. Unfortunately the food quality was poor, cold food and not fresh, we love to try new food when away but a lot lacked flavour or simply cold, however the food truck at lunch was our go to as everything was always hot! This hotel was my partners family go to hotel and while it’s got an excellent selection of activities for both adults/kids it does seem the hotel has moved/changed things which doesn’t have a benefit to guests. The stage and evening table and chairs take up a huge amount of sunbed space in the day, meaning you do feel like you’re packed in like sardines around the main pool and a constant game of dodge the umbrella. The small pool was much more peaceful and relaxing and more space to be able to move your sunbed if needed. Never had “sunbed wars” which was a bonus! The rooms are dated but the balcony is huge and the sea view from our room was amazing! 3Top tip’s:Bring an extension cable as there were only 3 plugs along one side of the room. Ask for extra pillows as you’re only given one each and resembles a pancake. Ladies, bring a mirror for getting ready, as we only had the wardrobe mirror and the bathroom mirror This could be a lovely hotel if a few tweaks were made!

We were with our Family. The Food was very good and also the room. It was always clean. For Kids it is a Dream. For us the best waiter during dinner was Angel. Always quick, very polite and always have fun with the kids. He made our stay perfect. Thanks!

Fantastic hotel for families, entertainment was good on a night and during the day the entertainment for the children was amazing. Food excellant and every lunchtime and evening the menu changed. Breakfast was great and the chef doing the omlettes was very entertaining. All of the staff were friendly and made a huge effort to please you, special shout out to Hugo. The hotel is kept clean by the cleaning staff who constantly clean all areas. The rooms are tired and could do with upgrading and a kettle wouild be a welcome additon to the rooms. Great location next to the beach and easy access to the buses.

Has to be the warmest welcome we’ve had in 40 years of travel! Reception staff were wonderful, friendly and set a really great tone for our week. Overall the holiday was great there were a few minor things that prevented me giving a 5 star review. Room decor is a little dated but rooms are spacious and clean with large balconies. All staff were very friendly and go all out to create a lovely atmosphere. Pools and gardens are very well kept and have attendants in place all the time. Breakfast was a little repetitive, but the quality of food could not be faulted and the omelette guy put a smile on everyone’s face! Choice in the evening was better and again really good quality, particularly the meat, fish and seafood. All inc drinks selection was excellent and for a small charge you can pay for premium drinks. Location on the beach is excellent and the hotel is a 25 minute stroll into the beautiful port town with lots of lovely cocktail bars, restaurants and shops. There are also lots of shops, bars and restaurants right by the hotel. The main downside for us was the 6am sunbed olympics! Not once during our week were we able to secure a sunbed as towels were out so early and I think the hotel needs to stop this from happening as it put us off booking again. All in all though, a great family hotel with amazing staff in a good location.
