We were so impressed with the hotel and all its facilities. It is in a beautiful location and we did not want to leave! Staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel has made some really nice changes, the sports bar and cafe are a nice addition. Love the ice cream shop and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Pani who goes above and beyond to make your stay the best it can be. A special mention also to Dani, for top entertainment! Thank you

Incredible mini town with lovely service! Great variety of food and drinks. The animation is the bed for the children. My little girls love the STAR CAMP. I wanna give the thanks to Pani and Sergi, the guest services for how they take care of us.

We have stayed here twice in the last few years. I’m afraid I have forgotten names so I can’t thank people individually. We had a room overlooking the pool, The room was always clean, outdoor areas nice and clean, asking the chefs for special dietary foods at their busiest time was no problem, the management/ dining room team were excellent, when one of our children had a minor incident, management were excellent with organising medical attention and enquired after their well-being later. children entertainers were very good. If I was to make one constructive comment, the playground could do with a little love. We would stay here again Thanks F + J and Kids
