We went for 10 days as a family of 4 in a 2 bed apartment and had a great time. The site is big and spread out and the 2 bed apartment we had was on the edge of the site. We were worried it was too far away from all the action but it was fab and there are golf buggies that you can hop on and off around the site. The 10 pools and various snack bars are spread around so never too far away from something. Our room had good aircon but we did hear that other rooms weren’t quite cool enough. There’s also no kettle or coffee making facilities in the room which is a simple thing to offer and really makes a difference vs having to venture out for a coffee first thing. The pools were great with so much variety that every day felt like a different holiday. The small beach by the hotel is nice but nothing special however a 5 minute bus journey away is Cala mondrago and one of the nicest beaches we’ve ever been to with crystal clear waters. The food was good with four restaurants. The beach restaurant needs to be booked for dinner and is the best of the bunch. You don’t need to book the beach restaurant for breakfast and it’s a lovely setting to start the day. The other three restaurants are all buffets with the Mexican and Majorcan themes being nicer settings and less chaotic. The main restaurant has good enough food but it feels a lot like a mass canteen. All the staff on site are fantastic, everywhere is very clean and the activities and entertainment is good each day.

We have just returned from a 5 day stay here. Our holiday was excellent. We arrived late in the evening and we were offered food from the buffet that they keep open for people arriving late. We stayed in a family conjoining room which was brilliant for us who were there with 3 kids 16,16 and 15. The room was clean and housekeeping came in each day with fresh towels and made sure our room was clean. The pool areas were great and plenty of them some busier than others so you can pick what suits you best. There is lots of entertainment round the pools and always different activities taking place to suit everyone. There were plenty of bars around where you could help yourself to soft drinks, water, beer and wine. The queues were kept to a minimum at snack trucks and bars. The restaurants had plenty of choice and the food was good my kids could always find something to eat. The resort has everything you need including shops, ice cream parlour and sports bar which my kids enjoyed playing pool in. Night time entertainment was good and something to suit all ages. We had a late flight home and unfortunately couldn’t get a late check out but the hotel offers you an area where you can have your own shower, sink and hair dryer to allow you to freshen up before travelling home which was great. All the staff we came across were very attentive and welcoming Overall our stay was excellent and would definitely recommend.

My wife & 8 have just finished a week here with our 8 year old boy. We had a great holiday! The hotel is about an hour from PMI on the east coast. We arrived about 11pm and were invited to use the restaurant as they leave a good buffet for anyone hungry after hours. The layout is lovely, like a little village feel with a Main Street that had a small supermarket, ice cream shop and clothes shop. The ice cream is part of all inclusive. I’d recommend staying in a centrally located room if you can as it makes access to the pools and restaurants much easier. It also means you can be confident letting not too young children freedom to go to the room themselves without leaving the complex or crossing a road. There are several bars with service yourself beer, water, coffee and soft drinks. Staff are available to make cocktails. The serve yourself options ensures queues are minimised compared to some other all inclusive hotels. 3 restaurants, the main one, a Mediterranean and a Mexican were all excellent in our view with fresh fish and meat options throughout the day. Range was extensive in the main restaurant, and the others were very good too for variety. Plenty of wine available should you want it. There were tonnes of lounge chairs and while the hotel is now busy for the summer we had no problems getting a lounger somewhere. We didn’t reserve any and were at the pool after breakfast and again before dinner. Our son loves football and there is an excellent Astro pitch beside the kids club. He didn’t use the actual club but the entertainment staff were around throughout the day with the kids they were minding. There is no specific pool for adults though I counted 2 large pools in the regular area and 2 pools with slides etc in the kids area, each area is located either side of the Main Street / reception and easily walkable. I love a good coffee in the morning and there is a new “star cafe” just off the lobby with a barista though the bars will also make you a barista coffee too if you don’t like the machines. The machines aren’t bad in fairness and will make espresso based coffee and cappuccinos etc also. A couple of them make decent iced coffees. The hotel has effectively its own beach, it’s probably public but can’t imagine the public would use it. A lovely calm cove with some great walks, you can also have breakfast and dinner at the beachside restaurant. It is access from steps directly from the pool area. Location is fairly remote though with some lovely safe cliff trails for walking and great views from some hotel areas and balconies. We saw a bus and taxis outside though didn’t use them ourselves as we had a car. Overall with had a lovely time and would return. A couple of points: If you aren’t in a central area room, it can be a trek to your block and you’ll need a buggy to bring you with your luggage. Also limits kids freedom to make their own way. There is no bar where you can sit at the actual bar if that’s what you like, they are all service based. Hotel is kids focussed, not really for adult couples or solo travellers. If you have limited mobility you will need to stay in a ground floor room in the central area. Food Room
