Great hotel for family groups of all ages with excellent facilities for kids Thoroughly recommend it

Located at the eastern coast of Mallorca offering exactly what we were looking for during our family holiday with two small children in terms of facilities, day and evening programme for kids, pools, proximity of the beach and the offer in the hotel restaurants. Visiting the nearby town of Porto Cristo with the caves ‘Cuevas de Drach’ is a great half-day trip. These local Trips can be done cheaply by local bus company for no money. Booking directly with the hotel offers great deals. Airport transfer when travelling individually without travel agency shuttle about 90€ - 100€. Renting superior car at the hotel for 100€ a day allowing to visit comfortably the Aquarium in Palma and the old city centre itself.

Our family of 5 had a lovely 7 night stay at this hotel. We stayed in Area D which is away from the main building. Initially, we were disappointed when we realised this but it is actually lovely and quieter in this area and the other areas aren't that far a walk. Positives 1. The rooms were modern, clean and comfortable. 2. The food was good with plenty of choice. Not a la carte standard but good for a buffet restaurant with plenty of choice. Snack bars right across the resort. 3. Rooms were cleaned everyday and the staff were nice especially with the kids. 4. Multiple pools with some waterslides. 5. The hotel is kept spotless throughout the resort. 6. Good entertainment. We had a mamma mia show which was great. Negatives 1. No scooped ice cream available in the main buffet restaurant or snack bars. There were cornettos and ice lollies though. 2. The gym was small and some of the equipment didn't work like the treadmill or the exercise bike. The two negatives are minor though. We had a great time and made lots of memories.

Had a really lovely relaxing holiday.plenty pools to choose from.didnt get to see them all so will make up for it in Oct when I come back with my whole family 15 of us so far so plenty to choose from.entertainment team were good at trying to get everyone involved especially Victoria who seemed to be there day and night.only downside i seen was the adult entertainment wasn't as good as a lot of other places I've been but wouldn't put me off returning.rooms were not bad for size but ours looked out onto the street so a better view would be nice.good value for money as all the drinks were premium beers and spirits food was good and the chefs made a fuss of anyone with a birthday or anniversary by bringing out a big cake with candles.they then cut it and shared it around ,nice touch.
