Insotel Club Cala Mandia

One of the worst resorts I’ve ever stayed in. Stayed twice before and it was fine. Never again!! We left after 1 day. Never would return again. Food - 2/10 - Limited choice, everything luke warm, tables left uncleaned. Room - 3/10 - Smelly, damaged, air con non-existent. Stayed in Area A. Condition of hotel - 3/10 - Dated, dirty and falling apart. Entertainment - 1/10 - Overcrowded, no seating. Pool - 8/10 - Great kid’s water park. Couldn’t even contact TUI as there was not representatives and the app didn’t work. Not impressed! They cannot claim this hotel is a 4 star. 3 star at very best!

Wonderful stay at Insotel Cala Mendia. Great options for food at all times of the day. Hotel is very clean and housekeeping maids are on the ball daily. Some areas would benefit from being modernised. Adults only area provides an area to have some quiet time away from the enthusiastic entertainment team. Overall excellent visit to the hotel.

Great stay .The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. The staff were friendly and welcoming, creating an inclusive atmosphere where all guests felt respected and valued. Good facilities, excellent service, and a relaxing environment.

There was a group of 30+ people staying at this hotel for a wedding 5minutes away. A mix of families & couples. We all have had a lovely time! Great location, staff are very helpful À la carte restaurants have been great Hotel is kept clean. Plenty of activities around

We stayed here for one week with 2 kids, food was lovely, the staff do an amazing job keeping the place really clean and tidy, the water park is great for the kids all different variations of pools for all ages, great selection of food at all the snack bars and restaurants. Guest relations (David) really helpful with any information needed throughout your stay.
