Have the best ever experience with the hotel staff so helpful and food was exceptional and vibes were fantastic too. Lovely Pool areas and waterslides. Special commendation to David to sort out our Dinner booking go above and beyond.

Guest relations superb! Excellent signposting of the local area.

We usually never go to an hotel twice and love discovering new places but I must admit that this hotel won, as we were returning there for the 3rd year in a row end of April. The hotel is absolutely perfect for families. Slides, great kids pool with loungers so you can relax next to them, great playground, amazing miniclub staff, sports ground (with football academy and real trainings my son loved!)and even bikes. We stayed in garden room in zone C, with a nice garden in which the kids can play while we re getting ready. The situation is ideal, just next to a few amazing beaches just a few minutes walk away. Also super nice walks in the area (download the alltrails app). A huge plus of the hotel is that even on a rainy day there is plenty to do : great spa with heated indoor pool (extra cost), huge indoor playground for toddlers, insi indoor splash, etc and Drach s Caves are a must see just nextdoor. Also large choice of food with thematic restauranta to make some special evenings and a large choice of includes alcohol and cocktails! Last but not least, if you have any question or need any help or advice during your stay, go straight to the guest relation : David. He is lovely, super helpful and soooo nice. He made our stay unforgettable, once again !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Insotel Cala Mandia, and a huge part of that was thanks to the incredible Guest Relations Manager David. From the moment we arrived, he made us feel genuinely welcome and went above and beyond to ensure every part of our holiday was perfect. His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were outstanding. No request was ever too much trouble, and he handled everything with warmth and a genuine smile. It’s rare to meet someone so dedicated to making guests feel valued and cared for. The level of customer service was exceptional and truly made our experience unforgettable. Insotel Cala Mandia is lucky to have such a passionate and talented person representing the hotel. We cannot thank him enough and would happily return again because of the amazing hospitality we received. Highly recommended!
