O7 Cala Ratjada (ex. Club Hotel Cala Ratjada)

Stayed for 8 nights,food was ok,lunch mostly better overall.Room ok have to pay for safe box,staff in restuarant very helpful always clearing and cleaning tables.Barstaff,well young spanish barman very arrogant,3 times he told me had no blanco(white wine) until the evening,very bad .Was totally rude to many people,Barman in bar near pool was fine,reception staff all ok,1 can,t remember his name was very nice and helpful.Couldn,t keep my room longer until pick up transfer,Jan dep manager very helpful too.Overall was ok beach quite close and shops, but i wouldn,t return,entertainment starts 9pm finishes dead on 11pm so does bar,(not long enough)team was good samantha was lovely.

Please don't worry about bad reviews as this is my opinion of this hotel firstly yes the rooms are a little dated but the bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was wonderful especially after sunbathing in the heat,the food was great there was always something available the drinks were nice and the staff were all friendly and welcoming the only member of staff who was rude was the young lad at the pool bar at night as he seemed more concerned about his mobile phone the location is very good near everything the harbour is beautiful with some lovely restaurants and bars and is only a 10 minute walk which wasn't a hardship as I've got walking difficulties a lovely resort and hotel the transfer is long but most definitely worth the time travelling we will return

If you are about to book this place- don’t. Came last year it was great- am here now and it is shocking. Our room had filthy mattresses with cigarette burns and the room stank of mould. It also overlooked the road. I am not - moaner you can look back at past reviews but this is truly the worst place I’ve ever stayed in. The Food is shocking it is cold. It’s tasteless and there is more food Food at a 4 -year-old’s birthday party.. It is totally geared for the German market. The drinks are cheap and nasty. The bar staff are miserable and rude. No kettle or fridge so no cold drinks when you wake up. If you have stayed at all inclusive before you will be horrified.
