The roof caved in and crushed my girlfriend. The staff had no remorse at all they called the police and even fined us £2000 for damages we didn't cause. Because they was scared we would sue the hotel. Money hungry thugs! AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The food is rank, the rooms are dirty the staff are rude, the pool is tiny and the drinks are fake and will give you a raging headache.

The room was very comfortable, tidy and clean (room service daily) with a balcony, facing a quiet street and a sea view. We enjoyed access to the beach, which was few steps near. The food was tasty and there was always something to choose.

First solo trip to see my mum who lives in S’Illot and I felt very safe and relaxed here at this hotel. Reception staff friendly and very helpful and accommodating. Bar staff also lovely and hardworking , chatty and kept the bar area very clean service was good. Breakfast was very busy and I struggled to get a table at times but I just took my coffee and breakfast to the pool area - no problem & very quiet & chilled. Rooms need updating & modernising but barely In the room so fine for my stay and the balcony overlooking the pool was lovely . Room cleaned every day and beds made and clean towels when required. Perfect location for the beach and resort and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this to anyone and I will definitely stay here in the future x
