Stayed from the 18th till the 23rd Food The food was good All inclusive was amazing Indoor pool We were massively disappointed that the indoor pool was closed for our entire stay Outdoor pool We were pleased with the outdoor pool Great location Friendly staff

Just got back from a 10 day holidayand as the last time we visited had wonderful and relaxing stay. Staff so welcoming and friendly they work so efficiently and always with a smile. We couldn't fault the food . So much variety would find it hard to want for anything more. Drinks anything you want. A lovely and homely atmosphere.different areas to choose from to sit and relax without being on top of other people. Rooms clean .Location is perfect. Step outside and the shops are right on the doorstep. Beach not even five minute walk away . This is our second visit and hopefully we will be booking to go again next year. They say staff are only as good as the management and you won't find a more pleasant and hard working manager than the one at The Nordeste.

We have just returned from 4 nights here and we had a lovely stay the hotel was nice, staff were all very friendly, room was lovely and clean, food was great plenty of options everyday. It was a great location very close to the beach. My only issue was some of the other guests we found to be very rude and disapproving of our disabled child but this was nothing to do with the hotel.

Just got back from 5 days here, the hotel itself is ok but could do with some major renovations. Pros: -Great location, 2 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops and restaurants near -Rooms are quite big and modern, comfy beds -Selection of all inclusive drinks were good -Food was ok, standard all inclusive options -The bar and restaurant staff work tirelessly to serve everyone and keep the area looking clean and tidy Cons: -Pool is tiny and there is no atmosphere around the pool area, no music activities etc -The dining room is clearly too small for all the guests, it was near on impossible to walk round without bumping into someone -No fridge in the room so can’t keep your own food/drinks cold -The ‘spa’ is supposed to have a heated pool which we were told is only open from ‘May-October’ by the guy on reception. Given other reviews it’s clear they don’t bother to heat this, also had to request the sauna and steam room to be turned on and we were told this was only available from 2pm even though the spa is supposed to open at 10am… quite confusing -This hotel is clearly marketed towards an older crowd (mostly German) so would avoid coming here with kids or as a couple as tbh there is not much going on.. -The rooms are so noisy, we were constantly awoken by our neighbours banging around and moving furniture which meant restless nights of sleep -The ceiling in the reception area was peeling away and there was leaks in the roof in the restaurant meaning you had to walk around buckets of water when trying to get your food… If you have low expectations and want a budget stay then this is the place for you, if it wasn’t for the hardworking staff it would be 2/5 stars

Dear traveller, I am just back from the hotel Nordeste, Picanfort. Stayed 5 nights. Very brief pros and cons. Pros: - Nice ground floor where people arrive. Staff are doing their best, but they are greatly overworked, and it shows. Met a couple of lovely people from Germany, who were very polite; (the majority of the guests are migrants from Eastern Europe; I won’t comment on it). Cons: - As soon as you step over the reception area, you might as well be in a hostel with private rooms. It is a firmly 2-star and not a 3-star hotel in my humble opinion. I travel solo, and my room was the size of a walk-in closet. But never mind that. The shower, which had metal corners all along, had massive corrosion all over the place. I did mention it to the reception worker ( a young man with a hostile attitude), but of course, the hotel is “fully booked” and there was nothing they could do. On the first day of my stay, I found a massive beetle/cockroach on the floor, didn’t take a pic; I was too preoccupied to get rid of it. Again, I said it to the receptionist lady, but nothing was done. In relation to the corrosion, it is highly dangerous for the health of a human to be in the premises with the presence of corrosion, which can result in serious respiratory problems. Hence, came home with a chesty cough and overall sick, could be just a cold, but could be other reasons. Can't comment on the pool, I didn't use one. The beach is a 2-minute walk - it is a tiny strip along the sea, and covered with sunbeds for a fee. You have to walk further to get decent lie down spots. I went to the (30-minute walk) banana beach, and it was divine. NO. definitely, not coming back. Food is okay, would not come back. Dear management/administration, please do not comment on it. This review is not for you. It is for travellers who are looking for a subjective opinion of the experience from the person who has already been in your hotel. Hope it was helpful. Kind regards. p.s.
