Fabulous destination for grandparents, parents and kids. Lots to do at the hotel and easy bus transportation to Puerto Pollenca and Alcudia. Both towns well worth a visit.

​I recently stayed at this hotel and found it to be a bit of a mixed bag. Overall, the quality of the hotel is high, and I was pleasantly surprised by the dining options—the food was more than satisfactory and definitely a highlight of the stay. ​However, there are a few logistical hurdles to keep in mind: ​The "Sprawling" Layout: The complex is massive. I was situated about 400m from the reception and the main bar. Since my group spent most of our time congregating there, the constant back-and-forth felt like a mini-marathon every day. If you have mobility issues or just prefer convenience, I’d recommend requesting a room closer to the central hub. ​Maintenance Issues: Unfortunately, I had a bit of a damp start to my morning. I awoke to two water leaks coming from the ceiling. While this might have been a one-off structural fluke, it was a significant dampener on the experience. ​The Verdict: It’s a solid choice for the Athletes, food and general atmosphere, but the sheer size of the resort and the maintenance mishap make it hard to give a full recommendation. Ask for a central room and maybe bring an umbrella—just in case

It was stated that there were two restaurants available, however they were not operational. The food offering was very limited and clearly insufficient for an “all-inclusive” service. The quality and variety of the food did not meet what was advertised. The staff displayed an inappropriate and unprofessional attitude when handling our complaints.

A fantastic hotel with the kindest staff. The restaurants offer delicious, varied (and healthy) food. The location is perfect, with the sea on one side and a beautiful nature reserve on the other. The hotel also has an adults-only restaurant and pool area. In addition, there is a wonderful spa and wellness area as well as a very nice fitness center. 10 stars from me ✨
