On the whole, this resort is very good. The range and ability to access all the facilities - tennis court, spa, various pools and the gym are all excellent. The spa services are great in terms of massage, facials and reflexology which I all booked ahead of going and they were great value for money. I however, cannot get passed experiencing (for the first time in my life) food poisoning from one of the buffet restaurants and it ruined my entire holiday and I was not able to benefit from the all inclusive as I became very wary of eating anything from any of the restaurants again whilst there and resorted to eating on our day trips and sticking to the salad bar at dinner to avoid undercooked food. The options of food was also very samey and they clearly recycled leftovers from the dinners the night before into new dishes to save waste - all of this I understand but it has to be done well to avoid making people ill. For this reason, I would not go back but the area and location along with transport connections are excellent. The staff are also extremely helpful and friendly and speak a range of languages very fluently.

Hotel is generally very good however I had an issue with my room in as far as I'm sure the air con wasn't working properly as every morning my cycling kit and clothes were damp which was frustrating but apart from that the food was decent and reasonable quality, staff were friendly and the location was okay as if you wanted to go anywhere the bus stop was right outside reception area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our six-day stay at this resort. With its stunning location—nestled between the sea and a nature reserve in the beautiful north of Mallorca—the comfort of the rooms and the entire resort, the delicious food, the highly dedicated and friendly staff, the extensive facilities, and a wonderful adults-only area, I can truly recommend this hotel to anyone!
