Portblue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa

We were placed on the outskirts of the complex, the furthest point from the Adult only areas. We requested to be moved the following morning but were told that this would not be possible. the room was adequate however the sofa was grubby. The children's pool was overcrowded and noisy. There were lots of supplements on food and drinks that we were not told about. We had a shock when we received our final bill. We had to queue to be seated, in a crowded dining room for lunch as only one restaurant was open. We had to purchase mosquito cream as on the edge of a nature reserve and we had to walk along this for dinner at the adult only restaurant.. On the first night me and my husband were covered in bites. No beach nearby except for a very littered thin strip of sand, opposite the hotel. Overall we did not feel that we had value for money and were very disappointed with our stay. We will not be returning.

Excellent variety of food and enjoyed the entertainment, rooms clean. One sujestion if the adult pool could be netted a bit more regularly for the bird feathers. .

Friendly staff, lovely food. The large pool has been turned into a ‘beach’ with gradual slopes into the water, so much safer and fun for young children

We are never disappointed with this hotel, despite how many times we have visited. The food is varied and delicious, as is the bar menu. The staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.
