Portblue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa

A fabulous resort with great staff. Accommodation was of a high standard. Plenty of activities. Located between Alcudia and Pollenta, both easily accessed by public transport outside the entrance. Adults only areas too. Great spa.

Great hotel visited with family over May half term. Rooms clean, pool area was very good. Lots to do during the day and evening from the entertainment team. Lovely spa. Visited Alcudia old town and Pollentia Beach both lovely. Will definitely return.

The hand-written welcome letter was really nice. The champagne & the fruit were also lovely welcome gestures. Eva & the cleaning team did an excellent job at keeping the rooms clean & tidy, so we want to give a special thanks to them. Thanks to Miguel for being the first member of staff we met - took us to our rooms, but also made time to chat with us and make us aware of the layout of navigating the hotel. The reception staff and the lady that sits at the welcome desk were all very lovely - It was beyond just being nice, you can see they are all invested in ensuring our stay is pleasant and we return for all the right reasons. I was very sad the last day when they cut my arm tag off and it was time to go home. I hope to return to this lovely hotel again in the future. Thank you for the memories!

Wonderful experience, beautiful location by nature reserve and right next to the beach. Attentive, friendly and helpful staff. Stylish accommodation, along with an endless indoor and outdoor facilities. Not forgetting food and drink in abundance and high quality. Absolutely stunning situation which we’ll return to again soon.
