Portblue Club Pollentia Resort & Spa

The hotel is very well presented and the staff go above and beyond. We had a room in one of the villa blocks and was very nice and kept very clean. The quality of the furnishings was good and we had a cushioned sun bed and chairs on the balcony. If you want a chilled couples retreat then avoid during school holiday period, as the pool gets busy and noisy with kids. The adults only pool is not very big and soon gets busy. If you are having lunch then the main restaurant does get busy and queues do form quite quickly. Overall this is a very good hotel and can't fault the staff.

Had lovely time , hotel , layout , staff , cleanliness, food was very good . Nice adults only areas . One downside for us was evening entertainment for adults, only 4 reasonably good acts in 10 nights . Such a shame .

Visited with friends. Hotel is in a great location with buses right outside the hotel. Buses easy to use with your debit card just tap on & off. Clean hotel with lovely rooms and staff. Nice shop on site too. It felt very safe there. Food was mid range, we were happy to go to town and eat out a few times, we enjoyed lunch more than the evening meals at the hotel. The pool didn’t seem very clean to me, although some thought it was nice to swim the the ducks (& they were very cute) I wasn’t so sure. Wasn’t a great pool. Over all for what I paid I thought it was fine.

A lovely place, well served by transport. Staff very helpful, but there needs to be water and ice available - people will still buy drinks but it is essential in that heat to provide drinking water for the price paid. Terrible TV reception and apps such as Netflix did not work on the TV. Wrong room given on arrival (late evening) and no welcome cava and fruit as promised. The details are important.
