The hotel is clean and well maintained, great pool options with adult only areas too. The village rooms are comfy, spacious and generally in quieter spots around the resort. The hotel area is large but also flat and would be good for wheelchair users. The food is varied and plentiful, good areas for relaxing on decent sunbeds (plenty available). This hotel is set out of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia, great to have a car if possible.

Beautifull resort with friendly staff and a gratis variéty of food, drinks and entertainment. Sauna and gym with all you need to relax and train concluded by a swim in a heated Pool of great size

This is a lovely hotel, in a wonderful location. The well appointed rooms are in small groupings, set in well tended gardens. The staff are welcoming and always helpful. It has a beautiful large spa and also great facilities for sports enthusiasts. I've been coming here for over 10 years!

Fantastic stay from start to finish. From the welcome off Lucia on Reception, Hector who took our bags to our room which was great. The room itself was spotless clean and spacious, my only issue with the room was being a shorty I couldnt reach the rail in the wardrobe to hang my clothes but that was only a minor thing. The room was cleaned by a lovely lady called Laura who was brilliant and even when I managed to spill my early morning cuppa on my bed she was so gracious and dealt with it immediately. The restaurant was great and the staff were very helpful and couldnt do enough for us, although we did find the food a little samey but the quality was excellent and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The gardens were a delight as were the ducks who waddled around as if they owned the site and to see them sitting at the side of the lane pool watching the swimmers was so funny it was like they were timing the swimmers. We had one problem with the room in that the drain in the shower smelt pne one occasion but it was quickly dealt with and as a way of saying sorry they gave us a pass for the spa which was a lovely thought and much appreciated. The spa itself was very clean and good the massage I had was so good I went back for another before we left to come home. There is not much around the hotel itself but we caught the 322 bus outside and it went both ways to Pollensa, Puerta Pollensa and Old Town Alcudia - dont bother with Alcudia it was awful. We will definitely be going back we had a lovely time there and so restful it isnt a typical 'holiday' hotel in that there is no one nagging you to join in things in fact I dont think there were things like aqua aerobics,cooking lessons, bingo, etc on the schedule but that might be because we were there early in the year. Its geared up to cyclists and sporty people which we are not but it was still brilliant,

Everything. The service was amazing ! Great for sports, including tennis , cycling. Indoor swimming pool also good.
