Nice clean and spacioushotel, we stayed in a swim up room which was lovely. Only downside was the restaurant as was very busy from start to finish and lots of kids so very noisy. Our fault for not researching enough. Great location and food was good, no great but good. For a young family it’s probably a great choice but for those ageing sun seekers there’s better, more peaceful choices out there

Absolutely fantastic hotel. We had a brilliant stay and couldn’t fault it. The hotel is lovely, but what really stood out was the staff , they were incredibly friendly, helpful and welcoming throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and they really made us feel at home. Would happily return and would definitely recommend it.

We have just returned from a fantastic week’s holiday at this hotel. I looked at all the reviews before booking and before going and they were spot on. The hotel was absolutely spotless, the staff were amazing and the food was lovely. I can’t fault anything at all with this holiday. We arrived and all the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful (as they were each and every time that we spoke to them. The rooms were great- lovely and cool and clean with a great view of the pool and the beach in the distance. The pool was lovely- big enough for all the visitors without feeling overcrowded and always enough sun beds. The kids had great fun jumping in and using their various floats and balls. The life guards were fab- special shout out to the blonde lady who was helpful and fun every day. The selection of food was great, with different themes each night running alongside the staples that were present every day. It catered for all my fussy children and there was always something that I could eat as a gluten free vegetarian. Special mention to George Carlos (might have misremembered his name) but he was the host with the most every single day. Nothing was too much trouble. They even bought my son cake on his birthday with a candle in. Overall our experience here was 5 star- great food, great people, really clean and friendly. Great variety of entertainment during the day and each evening - special shout out here to Neville and Dominica (again I apologise for the spelling 🫣) who brought all the energy every day and especially Neville who had time for the lads in the pool- jumping in with them and messing about. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would go back again (I liked it more than its partner hotel across the road Protur Safari- it was much busier over there when we went to play mini golf- which was free every day). Thank you so much to all the staff for making the holiday a success. As a family of five with a 6, 14 and 17 year old there was something for everyone.

We’ve been coming here for more than 10 years, and this hotel never disappoints. Every visit reminds us why we keep returning. The hotel is exceptionally clean, the rooms are beautiful, and the food is excellent. There is a fantastic selection available, with something to suit everyone. A special thank you to Christina on reception, who is absolutely amazing, and to Paloma in the restaurant, who is always so kind and takes wonderful care of us. We’d also like to mention Mark, the manager, who is always friendly, welcoming and incredibly helpful. The atmosphere throughout the hotel is warm, relaxed and enjoyable, which makes every stay feel special. The location is perfect too, with the beach just a short walk away. Our third stay at this hotel and had planned to return next year but have decided against that due to ineffective air conditioning. It is now running with no power cuts but it is not enough to keep the rooms and especially the communal areas at a comfortable temperature. Everything else the hotel has to offer has been good. Food and drink have been varied, waiting staff, bar staff and entertainment staff work incredibly hard and the AI fridge is a bonus. Rooms modern and cleaned daily.
