Just returned from 7 nights half board in Sa Coma, Our room (008) was very modern, very clean had all the necessities you would need including spare pillows, hair dryer & a safe. We travelled with our 1 year old, the travel cot provided was excellent very clean. She was poorly whilst there and house keeping couldn’t have done enough for us, with in 5 minutes they were at our room changing the sheets on her travel cot. Staff were very helpful and front desk was always manned. Breakfast was always a hit, plenty of variety. Evening meal was average the first 2 nights, a lot of fish, chips, salad. It got better towards the end of the 7 nights. The hotel had more variety of foods on, Italian, grill, kids food, paella and more. Pool bar food was ok but everything had white onion included in the foods. Clear cups near the free drinking water just get rinsed out and not washed properly, I would suggest taking a water bottle or some sort of Stanley to fill up with drinking water. We watched the entertainment once but there wasn’t much our 1 year old could join In with as she isn’t walking yet. The other little ones seemed to be loving the Spanish dancer and children’s entertainment. Pool area was clean, our room over looked it and at night cleaners were round collecting rubbish and washing the floor down. The pool did get busy to wards the end of our holiday but for us we mainly used it when the lunch was provided for people all inclusive. The pool literally emptied when lunch was on. Air con was a life saver with our little one, our room had a digital screen you could adjust the temperature. TV was handy, had all the apps like Netflix and YouTube. Reduced price cocktails at the kings head down the road between a certain time in the evening. Brilliant atmosphere and they were super friendly. Sa Coma night market was great to look around. Our little girl had a handmade bracelet with her name on it, great for keepsakes so we can show her when she’s older. Over all a great stay and if we ever return to Sa Coma we would choose this hotel again.

Pitiful – Do Yourself a Favour and Avoid I genuinely cannot understand how this hotel has a TUI four-star rating. Staying here felt like stepping back in time to the worst kind of package holiday. Food: Calling this “all inclusive” is misleading. Who thought it was a good idea to charge extra for lunchtime snacks? Why should guests have to get changed just to eat lunch in the restaurant? It makes no sense. The food itself was poor: flies around the serving areas, tough meat, lukewarm desserts and uninspiring trays of overcooked slop. Entertainment from the restaurant staff felt forced, while the endless rules and restrictions made dining more like a school canteen than a holiday. Drinks: A disappointing selection throughout. Cocktails were poorly made and often far too strong, choice was limited, breakfast consisted of children’s-style squash rather than decent juices, and something as simple as an iced latte wasn’t available. Expect long queues at the bars for mediocre drinks. Pool Areas: The adults-only pool was pleasant enough, but getting a drink was another story. The tiny pool bar was frequently unmanned, and waiter service was sporadic at best. If you want a cold drink while relaxing by the pool, bring plenty of patience. Families with children under 16 should expect the main pool to be hectic, noisy and overcrowded. Sunbeds are packed tightly together and the whole area often felt untidy. Towels: A deposit is required for pool towels, which is understandable, but asking for a clean replacement seemed to be actively discouraged. Paying guests shouldn’t be made to feel guilty for wanting fresh towels. Room: Small, dated and poor quality. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and to make matters worse, we had essential medication stolen from our room. This caused significant distress and resulted in visits to both a doctor and the local hospital. Amenities: Very little of note. Much of the hotel seemed to operate on rigid timetables and restrictive rules rather than focusing on guest enjoyment. Staff: With very few exceptions, staff came across as indifferent, dismissive and under-resourced. Bar areas were consistently understaffed, resulting in long waits, and table service was almost non-existent. If you’re lucky enough to get a drink while seated, make it last—you may not see another waiter for quite some time. Overall: This was one of the most disappointing all-inclusive holidays I’ve experienced. The hotel feels tired, restrictive and poorly managed, and it falls well short of the standard expected of a TUI four-star property. I would not return and certainly wouldn’t recommend it.
